Oh, anyone can at anytime get saved by God. And yes, if there is a delay before they are stoned, then they have time to repent. I'll allow for a delay before sentence is carried out with a Mill stone. But a Millstone death would also allow for time for repentance. So perhaps the Millstone is the preferred and most Godly death, so perpetrators have time to repent before their death. Even those falsely accused would have time to meet with God and repent of any other sins before they drown.That is fair (and precedented) from a judicial standpoint, but convicts on death row usually get an opportunity to get saved before they are executed.
