... without attempting to denigrate Torah, which is against the SOP. This sort of thing has been said dozens of ways - and I've heard and read them all - and this nonsense always comes to the same, flawed conclusion: "Law" bad.

It's the same, tired, false accusation thrust on Torah-observant believers, that they are "keeping law" to "be saved." Being Torah-observant is what people being saved do. It's what Messiah Yeshua did, and I am inclined to follow my Master, to walk as He walked, not to make it up as I go along, as is the habit of a number of the detractors of those who are Torah-observant.

I have already responded in this topic regarding temples. My answer has not changed. Your reference to a "certificate of divorce written in the blood of animals(beast)" is a non-sequitur that has nothing to do with anything I've said.

There is no such evidence in The Holy scripture that The Prince will build a temple . Much less where a levitical priesthood will preside over animal sacrifices.

Ezekiel 40
1. In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the LORD was upon me, and brought me thither.

So 25 years into the captivity, Ezekiel is shown the temple, and told to " declare all that thou seest
to the house of Israel." (verse 4)
YHWH showed the temple He desired 35 years before the end of captivity. Was not that His plan? To punish, then restore? Is not the temple of this vision the very one intended to be built by those who returned? And if they did not, (because they did not) does that make the vision for some distant time, or was that just an opportunity missed? For the testimony is that the people had to be literally coerced into building a temple under the hand of Ezra, and the prophets Haggai and Zechariah.

Haggai 1:
2 “Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, saying: ‘This people says, “The time has not come, the time that the Lord’s house should be built.” ’ ”
3 Then the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,

And if then that temple fell short of expectations, and was adorned ostentatiously by Herod "the great", do we celebrate that temple, or see an image of today's worldly church?

Micah 6:6 With what shall I come before the Lord, And bow myself before the High God? Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, With calves a year old? 7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, Ten thousand rivers of oil? True freedom comes from Yeshua.

For He is The prince and Temple that the enemy desires to demean and disregard with a certificate of divorce(animal sacrifices).

Yeshua died for the sins of man, His blood cleanses the true heavenly tabernacle. By His sacrifice,
we have boldness to come before His throne.
In the restoration of Israel, blood sacrifices will still be required for THE LAND, until: Joel 3

If I recall correctly Yeshua himself spoke of the temple.

Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
