The bicyclist antagonized his family, including his children, on Easter Day, out of ignorance and vindictiveness, then had the audacity to call him the bully. Having grown up in LA I am friends with several kids of celebrities, and know how it impacts them when random people decide that fame invalidates a person's humanity. That the public is therefore entitled to intrude upon their privacy, to insult or confront them even with their children present. This is frequently shrugged off with the sentiment that they're well compensated for their frustrations, but yet their children didn't choose their occupations for them and also bear the brunt of such antics.
In the video in post 2 it's not just CNN that is called out, but Fox News and other networks. The bias is tailored by the audiences. There are analysts who work for these networks, looking specifically at what their viewers are attracted to, and present that material to producers. The frustration Cuomo felt is one many others have, but just haven't expressed it. The viewers need to push for changes. Bias is very palpable on forums as well, shaped by analytics and personal attitudes impacting moderating decisions. Look at the featured threads here, and you can easily figure out patterns like what you see on news channels. If you want to see different content - anywhere - advocate for it.
I agree with Cimorene's comment and share in her dismay and confusion.
