It is because I accept the Power of The Ruach held with a vav.
בְּרֵאשִׁית, בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים, אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ. 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

"Blessed are the meek. ......"

The last two plagues - the introduction of Passover - The dividing of the Heathen from G-ds people.

Exodus 10: 20-23

But the L-RD hardened Pharaoh's heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go. And the L-RD said to Moses, Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days: They (Eygpt - Heathens) saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.

Exodus 11:4-7

So Moses said, “Thus says the L-rd: ‘About midnight I will go out in the midst of Egypt, and every firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, even to the firstborn of the slave girl who is behind the handmill, and all the firstborn of the cattle. There shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there has never been, nor ever will be again. But not a dog shall growl against any of the people of Israel, either man or beast, that you may know that the Lord makes a distinction between Egypt and Israel.

Exodus 10: 20-23 and Exodus 11:4-7 Speak of two things

Darkness and Death

These two things were the last to be done before Israel could break free from the bonds of Egypt.

Some think the last plague was the greatest but the one leading up to it says a lot about how G-d sees his people, Israel and those it is made up of.

The Egyptians were made to withstand 3 days of unnatural darkness, yet during those three days Israel had light in their dwellings.

Those three days I believe represented the three days that the earth felt while Yeshua was in the grave.

It was also a sign given to the people all gathered in Jerusalem that knew the story of Passover and the preceding plague which lasted 3 days by having this repeated while he hung on the Cross.

Luke 23:44 Now it was about the sixth hour, and there was darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.

Ex 10 - and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days: They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days

The Greek word translated 'darkness' means total obscurity and can mean physically or spiritually.

Do you think there will come a day when we will see a repeat of that?

Will darkness separate G-ds people from the heathens who hate him?
I believe the spirit of lawlessness is the darkness that has been at work for a few millennia.

I do Love how it is All of The children of Israel have a Light in their dwelling.

Just as All the tribes elders are given a staff to orderly offer fruits to their children.

Blessings Always
