Can a christian curse another christian?

Psalm 35

1 Contend, O LORD, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me. 2 Take up shield and buckler; arise and come to my aid. 3 Brandish spear and javelin against those who pursue me. Say to my soul, "I am your salvation."

Psalm 59

1 Deliver me from my enemies, O my God; protect me from those who rise against me. 2 Deliver me from workers of iniquity,
and save me from men of bloodshed. 3 See how they lie in wait for me.

Fierce men conspire against me for no transgression or sin of my own, O LORD. 4 For no fault of my own, they move swiftly to attack me.

Arise to help me, and take notice.

Those don't look like curses to me. A football player often 'prays' or asks God for victory over his 'enemies' (opponents), and even for advancement over other teammates also.... and some people prayed to God for victory during wwII, without asking or seeking a curse even on the despot hitler - BLESSING HIM!? , some.... but still seeking victory over him....
