The Holy Spirit has been showing me some revelation on the Great White Throne Judgement.
This warning is for the Church..not the lost. The lost are...lost.
I want to share this because this will really encourage some..others it will convict.
Many ministers teach this passage is just about physical hospitality but that's not really what Jesus intended.
'31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.
32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.
33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;
36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?
38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?
39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’
40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’
41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink;
43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’
44 “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’
45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’
46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Matthew 25:31-46 (NKJV)

What were the actions done by the righteous, and what wasn't done by the wicked?
1. So food and drink are metaphorical for spiritual provision, solid food that is typically given through (prophetic) teaching, impartation, or doctrinal instruction (Matthew 24:36-51).
2. The stranger (foreigner) is metaphorical for someone (maybe even an angel) that is ignored because of favoritism (James 2:1-13, Hebrews 13:1-3).
Or, it can be someone you've no relationship with but welcome them in fellowship and break bread with them (Matthew 22:1-14).
3. Someone who is naked is someone who is needs discipleship so they can have (spiritual) clothes to cover their nakedness from being lukewarm (Rev 3:17-19, Colossians 3:12, 1 Peter 5:5 - 'clothed' with humility).
Or it is someone who needs help putting on their wedding garment to meet the bridegroom (Matthew 22:1-14) because they don't know really God and persecute God's messengers who invite them to the wedding banquet.
4. Someone sick and imprisoned is someone who may be imprisoned in their mind (2 Cor. 10:4) or sick in their spirit/heart (Proverbs 13:12, Proverbs 18:14) and needs deliverance or encouragement.
Maybe they need a word from God or maybe they need Christian fellowship because they can't travel due to sickness or they are in isolation (spiritual/physical imprisonment).
The righteous did these things.
The wicked (in truth) did none of these things..for the least of the brethren but they hid behind a mountain of their own accomplishments.
God is not impressed by ministers who build their own kingdom and forget who the King is.
'21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV)

Now in the Great White Throne Judgement, Jesus Christ is talking of brethren (v. 40, v. 45), not neighbors
Brethren are different from neighbors (the Parable of the Good Samaritan defines 'who is my neighbor' - Luke 10:25-37).
Brethren do the will of the Father and Jesus makes this distinction.
'46 While He was still talking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers stood outside, seeking to speak with Him.
47 Then one said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak with You.”
48 But He answered and said to the one who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?”
49 And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers!
50 For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.'
Matthew 12:46-50

So by this, we know for sure that Jesus Christ is talking to His Church.
He's not talking to the lost but He shares The Great White Throne Judgement to warn His Church that some believers are false brethren (2 Cor. 11:26, 1 John 2:18-19, Gal. 2:4)...
Those to whom He will say 'depart from me for I never knew you' because if He really 'knew' (had an intimate relationship with) them, they would have loved their brethren.
'10 In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.
11 For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another,
12 not as Cain who was of the wicked one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his works were evil and his brother’s righteous.
13 Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you.
14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death.
15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.'
1 John 3:10-15 (NKJV)
'10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, ESPECIALLY to those who are of the HOUSEHOLD of FAITH.
Galatians 6:10 (NKJV)
I am sharing this to warn everyone that loving real brethren is not optional..it is one of two COMMANDS (the other being righteousness).
The Church is in trouble, my friends.
Many believers have been deceived by high ranking demons that operate through ministers in very high places.
Just because someone has a gift doesn't mean that God sent them..it could mean they just went.
I warn you in Jesus' name. We can't be caught by Him fighting on the wrong team.
