Can Bernie's Campaign Recover from His Surgery?

What impact will his surgery have on Bernie Sanders' poll numbers?

  • His numbers will drop, as voters will be concerned for his health.

    Votes: 12 85.7%
  • His numbers will rise, partly due to the sympathy factor.

    Votes: 0 0.0%
  • His numbers will not change.

    Votes: 2 14.3%

  • Total voters
    14

I think we need to take into consideration that he has been campaigning heavily for several months already and that may have played a part in his health problem.
That is why it is good to see how they can handle the stress of campaigning, it wont get any easier if elected. The campaign trail is part of the vetting process to determine suitability for POTUS. Trump thrives in the office and while campaigning, he is a good fit.

Well, I mean if it is a health concern for his own health popular or not he has no business in office.

Since he's had the surgery and the issue has now been fixed, I'm not sure why the issue is still a consideration. We don't know the full history because of HIPAA laws, which is understandable, but it could have been an issue with his heart he wasn't aware of but that has now been repaired. They can do a lot of amazing changes with the heart now of days.

Joe Biden is only 2 years younger than Sanders. Not sure of the age of the other candidates.

Interesting reply. Yes, I agree Bernie was "never" going to win 2016.

It seemed that you thought he might have been a better instrument for God to use, so I was curious about what you policies or directions he might have steered that would have done more or better than Trump did for Christians.

no no no, i am very pleased with Trump and his overall character makes an excellent Cyrus to the Jews.

and i believe God's hand was in revealing that Hillary cheated, after she had cheated and won over Bernie, because had Bernie won he would have been elected. so God, allowed Hillary to do her thing, win, get caught, lose her bid for Presidency...all because Bernie was the "Best Choice of the 3 Candidates," but not the Choice God wanted for President. He wanted Israel's Cyrus!!

Trump is certainly pro Israel and pro Jewish, Ivanka married Kushner.
I am surprised anyone voted for Hillary, I knew some old people that were upset with the party for nominating her, called her a liar and they would never vote for her and I say that was a good choice. Life would be a lot worse for many citizens, and might have been an Iran or Korean war with her as POTUS.

Democrat policies are anti job, anti income, anti wealth, anti freedom, (very heavy central government control and including individual food choices) especially demonstrated with their GND and destroying fossil fuel use which would have far reaching economic effects, all negative ones.
Clinton's plan including destroying all news outlet web sites that were right wing, she was going to shut down all opposition to her progressive ideology, anti free speech, basically like fascist antifa tries to do one of the arms of the progressive left. Hitler had his brownshirts and they were given free reign, antifa also seems to be able to do what they want, and police look away in some places..

My husband has had six stents, the first one in his 40's. He bounced back quickly from each one. His first stent was on a Friday, and he went back to work that Monday (although he did say he'd probably pushed it a little bit).

If the stents are in the "widowmaker" artery recovery takes about a month, but most stents are in other arteries.

That being said, I love Bernie and wish him the best, but I think it will be difficult for him to change voter perception, especially with the frontrunner supporting almost all of the same initiatives he had.
