I mean we are born tought to belive in christ and god from a very early age. But the we are introduced to other faiths, Hinduism, islam etc I mean dont get me wrong between the lot i believe that christ is the one. But who am i decide?

As @Tigger45 pointed out, faith is a journey. We aren't the deciders. Being a Christian need not involve sitting in judgment of other religions or their adherents. The real issue is, which one speaks to you? Being indifferent to religion because of pluralism is sort of like going to the ice cream shop and saying you don't care for ice cream anymore because of all the choices.

If you are familiar with Jordan Peterson, the Canadian psychology professor, I think he makes a good case for Christianity as part of a project of a greater appreciation of the human condition. Not necessarily by taking every bit of literally in an absolutist sense, but as a way of symbolically understanding reality.

I believe your intuition is correct, there is more to reality. Life would be incredibly dull, flat, and sterile if we waived aside all the things we cannot prove through the scientific method.

Welcome man! The only time when our mind plays tricks is when it tries to make us believe all is a coincidence. Its like believing that when I throw paint onto a paper it forms the mona lisa itself. That is art done by coincidence. I do not believe in that and find it rather foolish. If I want a mona lisa I will have to paint it myself

Long live the crusade!!!

One can find both good and bad actions in history. No doubt about that. But it was not the atheists putting an end to slavery -- it was the Christians. And at the end it will not be atheists resurrecting the dead, judging the wicked, and taking the saints to heaven... it will be God.

The "very best" that atheism has to offer is .. a hole in the ground.

Consider the alternative.

How long did it take you to belive in something?

About 5 seconds. Children grow up naturally trusting and believing what their parents say.

Not many 4 and 5 year olds out there doing 'research projects' for everything their parents tell them that is "new to them".
