When Jesus did miracles, and healings they still denied Jesus and blasphemed him and his works.

Did they really think he was not from God? Or did they know he was God, but did this on purpose? Jesus did convict them of corruption when the priests collected the tithes but did not help the poor outside.

You really seem to have a very wrongheaded conception of the Pharisees. For example the Pharisees were not priests. Priests were of the Tribe of Levi and followed a Sadducee version of Judaism.

They attributed the work of the Holy Spirit in Jesus to that of the prince of demons. Jesus called that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Only unsaved religious hypocrites will say that the manifestations that occur through the working of the Holy Spirit are of the devil, both at the time of Jesus and today. There are groups calling themselves "christian" that are accusing spirit-filled believers speaking in tongues and prophesying as being of the devil. These accusers are still dead in their sins and are nothing but hypocrites who came over the religious wall instead of through the narrow gate of Christ.

They opposed Jesus and his message. Since Jesus performed miracles, but they didn't believe he was from God, the only explanation they had was that he must have gotten his powers from Satan.

At another point they accused him of being a Samaritan and of having a demon. The meaning is literally "you are a demon possessed half breed ".

At the time of Jesus I think the Pharisees were curious but somewhat skeptical about Jesus. Some of the high ranking Pharisees were actually friendly and helpful towards Jesus and his followers. I am thinking here of Nicodemus, Joseph of Arimathea and Rabbi Gamaliel. The real animosity between the early Christians and the Pharisees began in the decades after the destruction of the Temple in AD 70.

Or did they know he was God,

Mat 21:37 Then last of all he sent his son to them, saying, 'They will respect my son.'
Mat 21:38 But when the vinedressers saw the son, they said among themselves, 'This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.'

Mat 21:39 So they took him and cast him out of the vineyard and killed him.

Jesus made it clear from this parable that they knew he was the rightful heir to the throne of David and the true King of Israel and Judah. Whether they were consciously of this though at the time they were saying "He has a demon"? I don't think so. But the parable is saying that in the end, they knew He was the Messiah , so they killed him.

Informational about miracles (signs & wonders)

Matthew 24:24

For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

2nd Corinthians 11

14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

Back to the original point:

The Pharisees continuously rejected His teachings, time after time, after time.

Unpardonable Blasphemy (sin) is continuous rejection of the Holy Spirit, which leastwise we know some of them did. (Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit at His Baptism.) Reject Jesus ... one rejects the Holy Spirit as well.

Matthew 22

41 Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question, 42 saying, “What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?” They said to him, “The son of David.” (answering in terms of ancestral bloodline) 43 He said to them, “How is it then that David, in the Spirit, calls him Lord, saying,

Psalms 110:1
44 “‘The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit at my right hand,
until I put your enemies under your feet”’?

45 If then David calls him Lord, how is he his son?” 46 And no one was able to answer him a word, nor from that day did anyone dare to ask him any more questions.

This is Jesus telling them through scripture (of which they knew very well) and in question format that He (Jesus) is the Messiah.

"45 If then David calls him Lord, how is he his son?”

Question format? By those not answering the final question, nor those not asking further questions are condemned by way of the unpardonable blasphemy sin (total rejection of the Holy Spirit, total rejection of Jesus).
