Why did Ananias and Sapphira die in Acts 5
.
Have you not read, "A little leaven, leavens the whole lump" besides the fact they lied to the Holy Spirit.

If nothing had happened to them, then others would say look what they did, I'm not doing anything as bad as that was, and it gets worse, and worse.

That is what Leaven does in the Church, why do you think the Reformation happened, because everything was running the way God had set it up to run?

They were guilty of lying to the Holy Spirit.
Yes, but the purpose of their lie was for bragging rights, not embezzlement (as has been proposed).

I see your point and concur. They wanted to have the same respect from the group as those who did contribute the whole amount of the sale of their lands. It is the same spirit that makes a person appear super spiritual to impress others so that they could be part of the hard core of the group. It could not have been embezzlement, because it was their money they were offering, not someone else's.

Huh ?

Stalking and harassment is illegal in America.
Says who ? Who was talking about stalking or harassment anyway ? (both of which occur frequently anyway).
Jesus says if you will stand up for the truth, you will be kicked out of most groups, and will suffer painful persecution (this doesn't matter if it is legal or not). It happens every day, all over the world and in the USA/ churches/ politics/ schools/ corporations/ etc etc etc

I'm not convinced that Ananias and Sapphira were tares. Yes they sinned but so do we yet I thank God he hasn't struck me down instantly without a chance to repent when I haven't kept a promise I made to him. I think the difference may have been that Ananias and Sapphire were witness to many great works and yet by this action showed a terrible lack of judgement and faith.

They had a chance to repent. From the time they first decided to lie, through when they were asked pointedly if what they said they did was true, and they continued in sin instead of repenting. Lying to God was their sin as written in Scripture. That is worse and different than just a lack of judgment, and where is the faith of someone if they lie to God ?
If there is any promise someone made to God that they haven't kept, right now is the time to fulfill that promise. Tomorrow may be too late.

Why did Ananias and Sapphira die in Acts 5 but now We (The Church) have to put up with The Tares among The Wheat and Goats among The Sheep until Jesus reaps the harvest ?

I wish God Almighty would purge these wicked people from The Church.

I’m not talking about true Christians who have struggles with sin ( I can deal with that because none of us are perfect) I’m talking about evil people who were never really Christians and never will be who are trying to destroy and decieve The Church and are secretly warlocks / occultists.

Why doesn’t God clean house and remove these people until the end ?

I believe they were punished with death because they had the Holy Spirit, and they knew through the Holy Spirit what was the right thing to do. But they CHOSE to lie to the Holy Spirit, trying to trick not only the Christian congregation, but to trick God, thinking that they could get away with fooling God. That was the seriousness of the crime.

Many people think that Ananias & Sapphira were guilty of embezzling, when (according to Peter*) they were only guilty of bragging.

*See Acts 5:1-11, particularly v. 4.
Wow, I've never heard that before. When I read the passage (particularly v. 4) I infer the reason they were struck down is because they lied to God.

The harvest began in Jesus time (John 4:35-38), so perhaps now is the time to see tares pulled up too...

Are you asking for genocide within the church among the ungodly? Don't worry their time will come.

Well if you read the parable, exercising basic reading comprehension skills, which apparently you failed to do, it explains in Mt 13:28 "’No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them."

As for Acts 5, their basic sin was lying to the Holy Spirit by boasting of doing a little bit more for the Lord than they actually were doing. If God kept kill every Christian who boasted at some point in time of doing a little bit more for the Lord than they actually did, I don't think there would be a Christian alive today.

Because no true believers exist and no house of God survived:

Luke 18
6And the Lord said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge said; 7now, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them? 8“I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?”

People who are involved in the occult and who wish to infiltrate are unable to tolerate the presence of a Church that is operating closely in the Spirit.

Occultists and the like are able to infiltrate religious organisations because there is nothing within the religious system that threatens the spirit that they carry.

That's a great Christian attitude to have. God just zap all these wicked beings from existence so good people like me don't have to deal with them.

Not apparently by any observation or appearances - the tares appear to be flourishing today, not bothered by such things ('harvest') in groups most everywhere on earth.

What does it have to do with attitude ? Yahweh's Plan includes exterminating the evil, eventually, regardless of people's attitude today or ever.

For all we know, God Almighty is probably striking many that have lied to the Holy Spirit (or each other) down even today. We may just not be seeing that happen around us. Sinners in the Hands of an angry God :(. Induces holy fear in me.

You're right about this .
Doesn't it say somewhere in Scripture (NT) that many (in the assembly) are getting sick and many die because of the sin of not recognizing the body ?
Is there any indication in Scripture that this would be at all different TODAY ? (before Jesus Returns)

There is a difference between ordinary and extraordinary times. Like the Hebrews in the desert for those forty years, the time preceding the Pentecost was an extraordinary time.

There is the concept of no one being able to look into the face of God and live. People living so close to the Holy Spirit, as the first Christians were, require a special protection in order not to be burned by the glory of God.

This is not apparently supported by Scripture, I think.
Ekklesia through the centuries enjoyed the same glory, the same power, as the first century believers,
the same Jesus, the same healer, the same Savior, leading His sheep the same way in holiness and righteousness and not teaching them to continually live in sin but to "go and sin no more".
