Lovely video. It is nice to see the Coptic icons (as at 4:15 and following -- "Pinishti Abba Makari" is Coptic for "Abba Macarius the Great") and hear the Coptic chant used softly in the background throughout. He is one of the most beloved saints in the Coptic Orthodox Church, and it is wonderful to see how others likewise remember and venerate him.
Doxology for Abba Moses, prayed by the monks in the Monastery of the Romans/El Baramous in the Egyptian desert (sorry for the bad sound; I think it was recorded in the 1960s or 70s):
"Repentance is amazing
Kindling fire in the heart
The stranger becomes a companion
Pigori Abba Moosi (Coptic: "Abba Moses the Strong")
The murderer became righteous
The sinner, a chosen vessel
The robber, among the chosen ones
Pigori Abba Moosi
Repentance is powerful
Making the adulterous a virgin
And the doubtful accepted
Pigori Abba Moosi
A servant of desires and shame
Received dignity though grace
Becoming the strongest of the free
Pigori Abba Moosi..."
May his prayers be with us all.
