On the first level unrepentant sinners writhed in agony as they were being slow roasted on a spit. On the second level the condemned hung by chains and were pierced mercilessly with pitchforks by gleeful demons. The last level revealed the judged standing up to their waist in the most foul sewerage, calmly drinking coffee. The man immediately chose the latter, was handed a cup of coffee, and waded into the filthy pool. He had taken but a few sips when the supervising demon shouted, "Coffee break's over, back on your heads".
Yet God is as God of absolute and perfect Justice. So much so that Jesus had to pay the price for our sin and transgression so that we could be forgiven.I hate that place!
