I had a feeling you were going to cherry-pick that one. It outright states in the verses surrounding those that it's a proverb directed toward and referring to the King of Babylon. That's it. It has nothing to do with Satan whatsoever. The only reason people think that is because of hearsay and projecting assumptions onto a few select cherry-picked verses.
