When Comey said that he was talking about ONE specific memo, the memo where Trump said 'I hope....." about the Mike Flynn investigations. Comey admits that he asked that, that specific memo be released to the public, 'hoping' that would cause a Special Counsel to be appointed.

Which was pretty arrogant on the part of Lynn. She must think that the American public is too stupid to see that it was an investigation no 'matter' what she wanted to call it.
