Nothing that anyone did to you is your fault. If others have abused, hurt, or treated you badly, that is in no way your fault. What happened to you says nothing about your worth, and everything about the spiritual conditions of the people who hurt you. I would definitely seek counseling, ideally from a Christian counselor who understands the spiritual as well as emotional dimensions of abuse, and hurt.

From a Man of God, you can get help from God, who made you.

I would not go to the Hospital.
I would pray that God helps you find a real Man of God and actively search for one in your area. There are few to no Men of God in the Churches. Do not trust them. Beg Yahowah, our Father in Heaven, in the name of Yahoshua, to help you find a real one. He will help you reconcile your relationship with God. Then you will pray day after day, without giving up hope and God will Heal you. The Man of God's job is to support you and encourage you and if He has received the Gift, Heal you too.
