Believe God and Enter His Rest

Hebrews 4:10
For anyone who enters God's rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his.
We are to labour to enter His rest. Even in the middle of the most unfavorable circumstances, those are God's instructions to us. Even when we're facing our own personal giants, He wants us to cease from our OWN works, stop running in circles, do what He did on the seventh day of Creation and trust THE BLESSING to take care of things for us. He wants us to get up there, right next to Jesus, and...

Sit down!
Eph 2:6
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,
We can sit down... because no matter what kind of situation we're facing, no matter how dangerous and confusing it might appear, God's WORD covers it, sees through it and will reveal the answer to its defeat. The living WORD of God will penetrate the darkest difficulties and shed light on the most impossible situations.

We can sit down... and relax next to Jesus with The Book of His wisdom (the WORD) in our laps, knowing that everything is open and clear to Him. It doesn't matter if there is war on every side, or everyone is talking doom and gloom, and there's trouble all around us. It doesn't matter if we've just lost our jobs and the economy has gone belly up. We can sit down... and shout, "Hallelujah! The WORD has me covered,

Everything is going to be all right! The devil, of course, will tell us otherwise. Just SPEAK to him and show him the door. We have that authority. No begging, or pleading with him. COMMAND him to leave.
John 16:13
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
The following is a word of prophesy from Kenneth Copeland...
Don't pay attention to or make any plans based on what the media says or what the politicians say. Stand on My WORD in (John 16:13). I will lead you. I will tell you. I will show you what's to come. All that the Father has is Mine, and I'll give it all to you...

Pay attention to Me. I will lead you through troubled times. I already have THE plan for you and it's very good. Follow it. It will not only get you through, it will place you in a very high place -- a rich place -- a strong place of victory.

You will have to discipling yourself and be diligent to listen to Me. All the other voices will have a plan, a word, an idea for your future and security. Don't listen to the World's system. It has fallen apart. My system is stronger than ever. My kingdom is flourishing, and THE BLESSING is the place to be.

Keep your eyes on My WORD. Listen to it. It will guide you, and I will perform it. Love Me. Love My people as I have Loved you... Love never fails, and neither will My MASTER PLAN for mankind.

Walk in... THE BLESSING,

Harry...

BY JESUS’ STRIPES YOU ARE HEALED
Isaiah 53:5 …The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

You know, one of the biggest outcries against Mel Gibson’s movie, The Passion Of The Christ, was that it was too violent, especially the part where Jesus was scourged.

Let me tell you this: It was not violent enough! The Bible says that at the cross, Jesus’ visage was marred beyond that of any man. (Isaiah 52:14) In the movie, even after all the beatings, the actor James Caviezel, who played Jesus, still looked quite handsome. But the reality is that when Jesus hung on the cross, He had “no form or comeliness…there is no beauty that we should desire Him”. (Isaiah 53:2) He was beaten to a pulp until His face looked like jelly hanging out!

In the movie, when they scourged Him, only a small portion of His bones was exposed, so it was still quite tidy. But the Messianic psalms say, “The plowers plowed on my back; they made their furrows long” (Psalm 129:3), and “I can count all My bones. They look and stare at Me”. (Psalm 22:17) All His bones were exposed!

Friends, He was thinking of you when the soldiers tied Him to the scourging post. As they raised their whips, He said, “Let it all come on Me!” But what came on Him was not just the whip stripping the flesh off His bare back, but your sicknesses and diseases. Each time He was whipped, every form of sickness and disease, including arthritis, cancer, diabetes, bird flu and dengue fever, came upon Him. “The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.”

Today, healing is your right because Jesus has paid the price for your healing. So if the devil says, “You cannot be healed,” just declare, “Jesus has paid for my healing. Disease has no right to be in my body. I am healed in Jesus’ name!”

Every curse of sickness that was supposed to fall on you fell on Jesus instead. He bore every one of those stripes, so that you can walk in divine health all the days of your life. The price has been paid so that you can rise up and get out of your bed of affliction!

SATAN'S POWER IS LIMITED
Luke 4:13
"And when the devil had ended all the temptations, he departed from Him for a season."
The wording of this verse implies that Satan exhausted his arsenal of temptations on Jesus and then had to leave. We have mistakenly given Satan too much credit. He does not have a limitless number of temptations that he can pull on us. As (1 John 2:16) says, there are three areas where the devil tempts us: (1) the lust of the flesh, (2) the lust of the eyes, and (3) the pride of life. Jesus' three temptations correspond to these.

By ascribing to Satan limitless temptations and abilities, we have built up our adversary to be bigger than he is. The truth is, "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it" (I Cor.. 10:13).

Satan would like you to think that he is tougher than he really is. One of his greatest weapons is intimidation, but he has been defeated. His teeth have been pulled. Now he can only roar as a lion seeking to devour uniformed souls who don't know their authority in Christ (1 Pet. 5:8).

Today, realize that whatever Satan is fighting you with is only temporary. Don't quit. In due season you will reap, if you faint not (Gal. 6:9).

Pray Until You Win...
When you pray for something for a long time and it doesn't come to pass, it can be discouraging. It can SEEM that God is hiding from you. David may have felt that way in....
Psalm 55:1
Give ear to my prayer, O God, and do not hide Yourself from my supplications.
Is God hiding from your prayers? Has He gone fishing? Is He out golfing? Or, is something else going on? What do you do when it does seem that God is hiding? Do not stop praying. But... pray with faith believing and (enter into His Rest), as in...
Heb. 4:10
For whoever enters His Rest has rested from his works as God has from His own.
As your resting in His WORD... Don't forget (patience). It is through faith and patience we inherit the promises as mentioned here in....
Heb. 6:12
Then, instead of being lazy, you will imitate those who are receiving the promises through faith and patience.
If you have given up praying for something or someone, then repent and start praying again (fervently), according to....
James 5:16
The effective, fervent (intensity, power of spirit) prayer of a righteous man avails much.
When you pray fervently, you release the energy of God into your situation. There are times when God delays answering prayer because He is in process of changing YOU. Also, you may not be able to handle the answer to some of your prayers until you have changed as God... may deal with you first. At times... He is actually trying to get our attention about something in our lives that He (does) want to change. Often... that change is a process and it may take some time.

These are the end-times. God wants people who are persistent, conformed to His image and powerful in faith. You need to persist until you prevail. Become like a bulldog and say to yourself, "I won't stop praying and believing until I get my miracle."

We may sometimes... think God is slow to answer, but what if He is waiting on you?

Watch Your Words

Proverbs 10:19 Amp.

In a multitude of words transgression is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is prudent.

We believers need to start watching our Words! We need to quit throwing words around like they weren't important and start using them like or lives depended on it--because, according to the word of God, they do! (Proverbs 18:21).

Too many of us have what (Proverbs 19:1) calls a perverted mouth. having a perverted mouth means more than lying and using profanity. It means having a disobedient mouth. It means saying things that are out of line with the Word of God.

All of us have done that at one time or another. We'll say, for instance, that we're believing God for our healing and then we'll turn right around to someone and make a statement like, "This pain is about to kill me!" That's perverted! It's backwards from what God's Word says.

"Oh well, I know I said that, but it's not really what I meant."

Listen, the world of the spirit doesn't operate on what you mean. It operates on what you say. (Mark 11:23) tells us that "whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."

Take note... That verse didn't say you shall have whatsoever you mean. It says you'll have what you say. It's what you SAY that counts.

I'm not suggesting you should be tied up in knots all the time worrying about what your next phrase might be. Just use the wisdom God has given you. Train your mouth to be obedient to His Word. Then, when you need it most, you'll find that Word dwelling richly in you...

The Sea of Forgetfulness

Hebrews 9:26
"For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world has he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself."

Imagine standing on the top deck of a cruise ship out in the middle of the ocean. It is night, but the moon is so bright that you can see the water. You reach into your pocket and pull out a marble and toss it over the side of the ship into the ocean. Ker-plunk. It hits the water and disappears into its depths as the cruise ship moves right along.
Now imagine the next morning, you get up and want to go back to the place where you tossed the marble into the water and retrieve it. Can it be done? Not a chance. It would be absolutely impossible. The ship has moved on. The marble lies somewhere far behind you, on the floor of the ocean. There is no chance it will ever be brought up again.Think of that marble as your sin. Two thousand years ago, your sins were placed upon Christ. In the dark night of Golgotha, God cast them into the sea of forgetfulness. They were swallowed up by an ocean of grace. They are gone and nothing can ever bring them up again.
"Oh, but my sins were so great," you might protest. Okay, forget dropping a marble in the ocean. Fill your pockets full of marbles onto the deck of that ship and throw it overboard. even that won't make any difference.

Your sins can never overwhelm the Father's expansive ocean of grace. You have sinned? Okay, welcome to humanity. Now, it's time to get past your sins. Stop trying to bring up something that Christ has thrown away. He has been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

So, Don't dwell on your sins - neither those of twenty years ago nor not those of yesterday. That ship has sailed. You are forgiven. Relax and enter into His Rest with His WORD (Hebrews 4:10). Settle in on The Good Ship Grace and enjoy the journey. The captain of your salvation has a wonderful itinerary planned for you as you go. And you won't believe how wonderful your final destination will be!

Stand Against the Devil's Strategies!

Ephesians 4:27 AMP
"Leave no such room or foothold for the devil and give no opportunity to him."

If you give the devil place, he will take it. You have to stay alert and keep your shield of faith high because if you don't, he'll turn around and steal back from you the ground you just took.

There have been people who have received their healing and have fallen back into their old thinking patterns of sickness. They let their faith down and gave the devil an opening. When he came along with an old symptom, they weren't ready for him. They fell victim to his counterattack.

You can stand successfully against the devil's strategies! But before you do, you're going to have to make three quality decisions.

First... You must make the Word of God the final authority in your life. Line up your thinking with whatever the Word says.

Next... You must decide to live your life by faith in what God has said. The Bible says, (Romans 10:17), "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God."

Finally... You must decide to live by the Love of God because faith works by Love. Without Love, your faith won't function. Without the Word, you can't have faith. So don't try to make one of these decisions without the other two. You need to make all three of of them. This lifestyle of the Word, faith and Love keeps you in a place of resistance to the devil!

I suggest you get alone with God and pray...

In the Name of Jesus, I commit myself from this day forward to live by the Word of God, to live by my faith, and foremost... to live by the Love of God.

Decide today to give the devil no place!

Remember, You are BLESSED...

Amen Harry, if there is no Love then God is not in it. (1 John 4:7) Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

That, my friend... cannot be expressed any better!

The Favor (Grace) of God

(Part 1)

Esther 4:14

"Who knows if perhaps you were made queen to the kingdom for just such a time as this?"

Have you ever wondered HOW something was going to be accomplished in your life? Is there a need or a dream that you have but you don't know how it's going to come to pass?

Here's the good news. The two characteristics the early church walked in throughout the book of Acts were GREAT POWER and GREAT GRACE (Acts 4:33). The Amplified Bible defines this great grace as "loving kindness, favor and goodwill." Since God's grace is His unmerited favor in our lives, the early church walked in GREAT POWER and GREAT FAVOR. And I'm writing to tell you - so can you!

There are many benefits to God's favor, but the one the Lord wants me to emphasize is supernatural provision. You may not know HOW God is going to meet your need, but you can trust that He WILL. When God's favor is manifested on your behalf, things that would never happen in the natural, begin to happen for you!

God's great favor on your life will cause people to BLESS you even when they don't know why they are doing it. When an unbeliever walks up to me and says, "I don't know why I'm doing this, but...", I know that I'm about to see God's favor at work on my behalf.

That's what happened for Esther in the Old Testament. She was a Jewish slave in a foreign land. The Jewish people were hated and plans were being made to kill them all. But at a time when things didn't look good for God's people, and ungodly King showed Esther favor and it changed everything. (Esther 2:17) says, "And the King loved Esther... and she obtained grace and favor... so that he set the crown upon her head and made her queen.." This would have never happened without God's favor. It not only BLESSED her but it also saved her people.

Even though total devastation seemed inevitable, GREAT FAVOR on her life changed all of that. Even though your circumstances may seem impossible, God's favor can change them into wonderful victories.

I particularly like the phrase that is used in the Book of Esther to describe why she had received this favor... and that phrase is: "For such a time as this." She needed God's favor then like never before.

The same is true for you! Esther's story is a story of triumph that grew out of tragedy_ that can be your story as well. There's never been a time in your life when you have needed to experience "favor with God and man" more than is such a time as this!

The world around us is in serious trouble. Their systems are broken and failing and they really don't know what to do to correct them. That's why great favor and supernatural provision are a must for you today!

The Favor (Grace) of God

(Part 2)

Exodus 3:21-22

"I will cause the Egyptians to look favorably on you. They will give you gifts when you go so you will not leave empty handed." And they escaped "stripping the Egyptians of their wealth."

It certainly doesn't "stagger" at what seems impossible. The more impossible it looks then the greater your testimony will be. Even in the worst of circumstances God's favor can cause people to BLESS you. Even people who are against you.

Think about the impossible looking circumstances that God's people were facing after hundreds of years of captivity to the Egyptians. They were enslaved, beaten, and mistreated for generations. But when the time came for them to be free, God spoke to and through Moses saying... (see above scripture).

Now that's what I call Supernatural Provision! Do you know anyone who could make something like that happen other than God? Of course not!

That's why He told the Israelites "I will cause..." this to happen so they would know that it would be supernatural. In other words, there is no way that man could make this happen. He used ungodly people as His vessel and caused His favor to flow through them!

I'm telling you, by the direction of the Holy Ghost, you're going to see things like this taking place greater than you've ever seen before! I want to encourage you to set your faith on this right now and wake up every day expecting it.

During the ministry of Jesus, it certainly wasn't uncommon for the disciples to witness supernatural provision. How about 5,000 people being fed with five loaves and two fishes (Luke 9:10-17)?

Jesus even sent out His ministry team and told them not to take any money or supplies with them. When they returned from their trip, Jesus asked if they lacked anything, and they replied, "Nothing!" Twelve full-time employees and sometimes an additional 70 associates, and they never lacked anything! I'd call that supernatural provision.

Remember, You are BLESSED...

Satan Defeated

I Peter 5:8

"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9a - Resist him, steadfast in the faith."

Few of us have ever recognized the fact that the Scriptures teach that Satan is defeated as far as the believer is concerned. He was not conquered by the believer... He was conquered by Christ for the believer in His Substitutionary Work. The Victory Christ wrought (worked out) belongs to the believer, because we were identified with Christ in His Finished Work on the cross. Right there in the presence of all the hosts of darkness, Jesus conquered the Prince of Darkness.

Rotherham's Translation is graphic: "He paralyzed the death-dealing power of Satan." Christ paralyzed him. He broke him. Now this is what I want you to notice: This was an Eternal victory. Satan was Eternally broken, Eternally conquered. Did you notice how Peter puts it? "He goes about like a roaring lion," and he says, "Whom withstand steadfast in your faith."

Our combat has been fought and won. There isn't any battle for you to fight except the battle of faith. You are to fight the good fight of faith. What does this mean? You are to win all your victories with WORDS. You are to learn the words of this Wonderful Blood, and with Words, you will conquer the enemy. You see, your combat is not against flesh and blood, as the Spirit tells us in... (Ephesians 6:12), "but it is against the defeated principalities and powers."

These principalities and powers have all been conquered. Their defeat is spoken of in... (Hebrews 9:12), "Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption."

You are Eternally set free. They are eternally defeated, whipped, conquered. You get your liberty by remembering these words and then acting accordingly. Can't you see what it means? That Satan knows he is whipped but he doesn't want you to know it. He wants to keep you in ignorance of it.

God's favor even in the valley of your enemies
Genesis: 26. 19. And Isaac's servants digged in the valley, and found there a well of springing water. 20. And the herdmen of Gerar did strive with Isaac's herdmen, saying, The water is ours: and he called the name of the well Esek; because they strove with him. 21. And they digged another well, and strove for that also:and he called the name of it Sitnah. 22. And he removed from thence, and digged another well; and for that they strove not: and he called the name of it Rehoboth; and he said, For now the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land. 23. And he went up from thence to Beer-sheba. 24. And the LORD appeared unto him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham thy father: fear not, for I am with thee, and will bless thee, and multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham's sake. 25. And he builded an altar there, and called upon the name of the LORD and pitched his tent there: and there Isaac's servants digged a well. 26. Then Abimelech went to him from Gerar, and Ahuzzath one of his friends, and Phichol the chief captain of his army. 27. And Isaac said unto them, Wherefore come ye to me, seeing ye hate me, and have sent me away from you? 28. And they said, We saw certainly that the LORD was with thee: and we said, Let there be now an oath betwixt us, even betwixt us and thee, and let us make a covenant with thee; 29. That thou wilt do us no hurt, as we have not touched thee, and as we have done unto thee nothing but good, and have sent thee away in peace: thou art now the blessed of the LORD.

With God you can 're dig the wells your enemies have filled with dirt, then they will ask for your mercy!

We all dwell in the valley of our enemy at times, yet not everyone prospers in the valley.

By promise and Faith we all can prosper in the valley indeed.

The Reason For The Resurrection

Romans 4:25

"who [Jesus] was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of out justification."

The Bible tells us that Christ was delivered up for our sins and raised from the dead for our justification. You may already know why Jesus died for our sins, but..! Do you know the significance of God raising Him from the dead?

Let's say that you are living in a foreign country. One day, you happen to break a major rule of the land. You appeal to the king for mercy. He says, "sorry, a rule is a rule. I cannot bend the rule just for you. What will others say about my integrity? However, if you can find a substitute to take your punishment... three months in jail... I will allow it."

By God's grace, you find a willing substitute. He goes to prison on your behalf and you don't see him for some time. Days, weeks and months pass by.

Now, how or when will will you know that your crime has been fully paid for? When will you be able to (rest easy) regarding your crime? It is when you see your substitute walking free again! When you see him out of prison, you will know that the sentence has been fully served. You will know that you are "now" JUSTIFIED and no one can bring a charge against you for your old crime. No longer will you be afraid of the king or his guards coming after you because you know that the one who was punished in your place is now walking free.

Jesus, your substitute, paid the debt YOU could not pay. On the cross, He bore the sins of your entire life. God put it ALL on Jesus and then He punished Jesus for every single one of those sins until He was fully satisfied. And because He was so pleased with what Jesus had done, He raised Him from the dead.

Today, (Thank God), the tomb remains empty. He is not there for He has risen! His resurrection and empty tomb will FOREVER be our assurance that WE have been FULLY JUSTIFIED. YOU... no longer have to be afraid of God judging you for your sins. His justice is on your side today.

And by knowing this. What is stopping us (right now) in this recorded moment in time from raising our hands to heaven in honor and praise to Him? Fore... He is OUR God!

Remember, You are LOVED. Walk in... The BLESSING!

This is a good quote Harry. Makes things easier to explain to others.

Copeland wrote it... I just spiced it up with a small added touch.

Don't Dig Up Your Seed

(Mark 11:24)-(Phil 4:6)

"What things soever you desire, (when you pray), BELIEVE that you (already) received them, and you shall
have them."

"Be careful for nothing: but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your
requests be make known unto God."

Anyone can give thanks after... God manifests in our lives. No doubt, all the unbelieving Jews around Lazarus' tomb were praising and thanking God after... their once dead friend came walking out in his grave clothes. But Jesus gave thanks... BEFOREHAND. And... If we're going to see the miraculous power of God in our lives, that's what we too must do.

We must do more than just give thanks after we receive the answer to our prayers as an act of gratitude. We must give thanks BEFORE we receive the answer as an act of faith. This means we must learn to thank God in the midst of what may seem like hopeless, terrible situations. We must thank God when it LOOKS... like the devil has just won the fight.

How can we possible do that? Because we know what the bible says. We know that no matter how things may appear, the devil hasn't won the fight. Jesus defeated him (ONCE AND FOR ALL) 2,000 years ago. And if we'll dare to stand on His victory and give thanks, we can win every time.

If we fail to follow the prayer concepts (above), the devil we'll mess us up. The day after we pray, when the pressure gets worse and it LOOKS... like all hell is breaking loose in the situation we prayed about, He'll tempt us to cast aside our confidence. We may say...
"Maybe God didn't hear me yesterday when I prayed, so I'd better pray that prayer over again."
So we start over. Pray the prayer of faith. Believe we receive. But!... the very next day things LOOK even WORSE... so we end up going back and praying that prayer again... and again... and again.

Do you realize what we're doing when we do that?" We're digging up our faith seed because we THINK it isn't working. We're planting it one day and digging it up the next day. You know as well as I do, if you treated a natural seed that way, it would never be able to grow. It would never produce any fruit.

The same is true with spiritual seed. You have to leave it in the ground and give it growing time. You have to protect it, watch over it... and water it with The WORD until it sprouts. Once you make your request known to God, BELIEVE you received it and thank Him or it. If you wake up the next morning and the situation hasn't improved ...say, "I'm not moved by what I see. I'm not moved by what I hear. I AM moved... by what I BELIEVE. So I give you thanks, Father, for answering my prayer!"

When you do that you're obeying the instruction God gives us in (Colossians 4:2), "Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving." Your watching over your prayer to make sure the devil doesn't come in and steal the answer received from God. You have to watch and continually be alert, guarding against discouragement and staying in an attitude of gratitude.

So keep your eyes on Jesus and, "by Him... offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, giving thanks to His name." (Hebrews 13:15), "Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name."

He has won the victory... receive it now... and ONLY BELIEVE.

Remember, Jesus LOVES you. Walk in The Blessing and praise Him...

The Baptism of the Holy Spirit...

I want to share a little more info about what we call "The Baptism of the Holy Spirit" and, (IMO) with the initial physical evidence of speaking in other tongues. I have recently "snooped" in other Christian forums (not our CF), but on one other forum on the web and was not surprised that there are several denoms and independents that still do not share this BLESSING of power from the baptism of the Holy Spirit as we do experience in the Pentecostal, Charismatic, Full Gospel, Word of Faith, and the latter rain movements.

But, what continues to surprise me is their same worn out arguments which are... "that this was a "one time" event. And not only that, this event was ONLY for His chosen people... The Jews. And after the (Jewish Apostles) died... critics say these "gifts of the spirit" including (other tongues) were done away and ceased to exist.

A little history...

We know that Pentecost is a Jewish annual event. It is celebrated on the "fiftieth day." This Jewish Holiday was known as the Festival of Weeks, or, (Shavuot in Hebrew) which is fifty days from the end of Passover (resurrection of Christ). This (particular) Day of Pentecost (like non other) was prophesied in (Joel 2:28-32), as the promised outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the Church in the latter days as described in (Acts Chapter 2). Apostle Peter stood up and ministered to the gathering and urged them to turn their lives around and accept Christ as their Saviour and receive forgiveness, and they would receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (v38).

I think most of (us) would agree that this (initial) outpouring of the Holy Spirit did come upon the Jews (first) on the Day of Pentecost that was promised in (Joel 2:24), and this historic event resulted in the beginning of the church age of God's Covenant of GRACE for New Testament believers. And some believe and teach that (this event) at Pentecost... to be the former rain of the latter days, and that today, (2,000) years later, we would see (both) the former/latter rain outpouring of the Holy Spirit for the end-time harvest of souls WITH the gifts of the Spirit in full operation (including other tongues). And with this there will be signs following that could even have greater impact on the world than the initial outpouring on the Day of Pentecost. Mark 16:17 "these signs shall follow those who believe; in my name they shall cast out devils and they shall speak with new tongues."

And even Jesus said earlier (before Pentecost) to His disciples in John 14:12 "he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to the Father." Back then, Jesus... started out teaching His disciples about the Good News of the Gospel in that small area of the world. Today, with "us in Christ and Christ in us"... There are millions of spirit filled believers around the world with these same gifts and power of the Holy Spirit that has continued in operation since the beginning Church at the Day of Pentecost and will continue even more so in these end-times.

At this point of this post I will add my thoughts here with the help of a Timeless Teaching of Kenneth E. Hagan (The Initial Evidence)... and hopefully show that this initial outpouring of the Holy Spirit is also, (and more so)... for today, AND... to everyone who believes.

Continued...
