Actually, they are trees...they call them Ghost trees. They do kind of look like dinosaursIt's a common phenomenon at one of our area ski spots...it's surreal being out among them.

Slept last night with the window closed and/or no A/C running for the first time since last March. Quite comfortably, too.
Green is disappearing. Seeing a lot of yellows and oranges, some browns, a few brilliant reds here and there. There's a sugar maple alongside the road a few miles from my house that looks like the Canadian flag.
