Prayer please

I was baptized at age 32 with the holy ghost, after moving to a new town
the churches are not as zealous as the one i went to before.
Please pray for our city, for a move of the holy ghost.
And that i will get my fire back

I will definitely pray for you Ma'am. Try not to let your church experience affect you negatively. Despite how the church is, always strive to keep close to Him, through the Word, fasting, and/or praying whatever you can do to strengthen your relationship with the Lord.

However I do pray that you find a church family where you can comfortably fellowship and worship God as a whole!

It all has to do with faith. Faith is believing God's Word regardless of feelings or emotions. Sometimes faith can be stronger when your feelings are opposite. If we always have sweetness and light feelings, or that we feel "anointed", this is not faith because your attitude is based on those emotions and not on faith.

The following are faith statements:

You are a new creation in Christ.
You are the righteousness of God in Christ.
You are filled with the Holy Spirit.
You don't need to work up an atmosphere of faith, because you are the atmosphere.
Everytime you walk into an environment, the Holy Spirit is there too, because He is in you.
Jesus said that He would never leave you or forsake you, this is possible because of the Holy Spirit within you.
You don't have to feel fired up to be fired up for God.

Therefore,

Conduct yourself, in spite of your feelings of dryness, as a person filled with the Holy Spirit and power.

Do the things that a person filled with the Holy Spirit and power would do, remembering that the anointing is not a feeling but is a reality based on God's Word.

Stir up the gift that is within you by training your mind to be conformed to what the Word of God says about you.

Ignore your feelings, believe God's Word, and do the works of Jesus that He promised you could do.
