Maybe it's just me but I feel like some wheels are starting to turn. I'm re-reading Becoming Orthodox aloud with her at night before we go to sleep. We're taking it slowly and are only about 22 pages in but so far she's liking it. I see some of her story (and a lot of mine) in Fr. Gillquists journey, I'm praying that his testimony and the truth in it resonates with her as it did with me and at least begins to open her eyes to the reality of the Church that Christ and his apostles started. :)

Wow! Thanks be to God, Shane!!!:thumbsup::)

May the Most Holy Trinity's blessings and grace be with you both! :crosseo:

I was accepted as a catechumen at an Antiochian parish today.

My wife has never yet attended a divine liturgy. She seldom goes to church more than once a month at any church. Let's pray for each other (her name is Sarah).

You and your wife certainly have my prayers, Andrew.

Likewise for you.

Also, if you happen to be beheaded now, you'll instantly be an Orthodox saint!

That's wonderful, Shane! I'll add you all to my prayers.

Bourne, that's wonderful as well. Fr. Peter had a gift in bringing people to Orthodoxy. I'm guessing that's why he was the president (or whatever position it was) in the Evangelism department of the Church. :) May his memory be eternal.
