Basically I believe the Sabbath is on the seventh day. It is not necessary to observe it in order to earn or maintain salvation. I find it a delight, not a task. I believe that the Lord's day is Sunday, and the Sabbath is Saturday. I keep both.
This is what I believe on the Sabbath:
- Keep it holy (Exodus 20:8)
- Rest (Exodus 20:10)
- Prepare for the Sabbath (Exodus 16:23)
- Delighting in the Sabbath is righteous (Isaiah 58:13)
- Abstain from selfish spending (Nehemiah 13:15-22)
- Do good works (John 7:19-24)
I do not believe it's a requirement, but I love to do it. I regard the Sabbath above other days, but I worship every day.
Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day— things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ. (Colossians 2:16-17 NASB)
I find this more of a reason to observe the Sabbath. The substance is Christ. It's not a requirement, but you can do it if you want to. Well, I want to

I am not a Seventh Day Adventist. I am a Seventh Day Baptist. That means that I am a Reformed Southern Baptist who observes the Sabbath and some other Torah as well.
For Moses from ancient generations has in every city those who preach him, since he is read in the synagogues every Sabbath. (Acts 15:21 NASB)
That was part of James' judgement on whether or not the Law of the OT should be kept. He was telling the elders that they would be in the synagogues every Sabbath. It looks like they were Sabbath keepers.
On the first day of the week, when we were gathered together to break bread, Paul began talking to them, intending to leave the next day, and he prolonged his message until midnight. (Acts 20:17 NASB)
It was tradition in the Jewish community to bring Sabbath to a close during the sunset, after sunset they would break bread. A day according to the Bible is not midnight to midnight, but sunset to sunset. So when the sun sat, they were already gathered together breaking bread. He preached until midnight, knowing that he would not be able to be with them come Monday.
The Lords day is the first day of the week. It is the day that Christ rose from the dead. (I believe Christ died on a Thursday, because Sunday is not three days from Friday. Passover [which is a Sabbath] fell on a Friday that year.) I regard God on the Sabbath as well, but I am willing to do normal work on the Lord's Day while still rejoicing in Christ.
