Sodam and Gomorrah is one good example. Or all the pagan people in the Old Testament that were killed.

Also, look at Haiti and some of the counties in Africa that practise voodoo, and witch craft. They have famine and disease out the wazzzuu.

America is asking for Gods wrath with all the gay marriage and abortion and taking God out of everything in society.

what biblical evidence is there that God will exact wrath upon sinners while they are still on earth and has nothing to do with final judgement/end of days?

Genesis 6:13
And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

As it was in the days of Noah, so shall the coming of the Son of man be.:thumbsup:

It shows being recompensed, might depend on how someone perceives that.

Here it shows being recompensed in the earth (which includes, the righteous, wicked and the sinner)...

Prov 11:31 Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.

Whereas it speaks of the desolations he made in the earth here...

Psalm 46:8 Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

And here speaks of your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction (when distress and anguish come upon you) here...

Prov 1:27 When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction
cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.

Even here is mentioned the tribulation and anguish upon every soul who doeth evil

Romans 2:9
Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

As in Prov 11:31 (the wicked recompensed in the earth) it likewise it says...

Isaiah 57:21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.

Whereas contrarily here...

Romans 2:10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:

Yet Paul says its a righteous thing with God to recompense this "to them"

2Thes 1:6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

Could possibly be seen somewhat in this instance

1Sam 16:14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.

Trouble for trouble so to speak, or as tribulation (to them) who trouble you, in the sense that its God's to repay.

Prov 21:14 A gift in secret pacifieth anger: and a reward in the bosom strong wrath.

All depends how an OP is worded, or what they are connected to what, as there is wrath (which darkens the land) or as the wrath of God "abiding" on one. Theres doing something in a little wrath, and the feircness of it without mixture. So I guess depends, I guess I would call it His judgment in the earth but thats dispensed or recompensed to the righteous, wicked and sinner variably depending on what we are looking at it seems.

I would say today we are not seeing God’s “wrath” being poured out on man while they are alive.

In the past yes that did happen.

What we have today is God disciplining his children that can sometimes be punishment so those people might decide to change from being disciplined and we also see lots of opportunities being provided by God for Christians to cease and show God’s love, experience God’s Love, receive God’s love, give God’s love and grow godly type Love.

Psalm 2:12
Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

Isaiah 54:8
In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.:clap:

I've personally found this to be one exactingly sure promise:

John 16:33
These things Ihave spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

This fact will not stop until we are outta here.

:thumbsup: Always come back to him, even as Paul said, that we were the first to trust "in Christ" (kiss the Son) lest ye perish from "the way" (I am the way) as well.

Its always hard to catch when folks pit the scriptures its always better to show where they confirm, so I was trying to mesh yours and Squints because although we have tribulation in this world we have peace (even as the chastisement of our peace) was upon him.

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Squints verse...

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Patience and tribulation go together

Romans 5:3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

Heb 10:36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

James 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

James 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

1Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

These all working an eternal weight of glory for us, are far lighter in comparison to that for sure :thumbsup:

Theres so many of those patience verses.

Either way we suffer here, for one thing or another. You might suffer for doing wrong (and take that patiently) which is of no real credit for yourself. Or you might suffer for well doing (which is acceptable before God). Far better to suffer for welldoing and take it pateintly before God then for evil doing (and take what you have coming) huh?
