Hi Laarni,

God made you who you are, so I'm sure that you're not displeasing God because He made you a quiet person! Finding and making friends can be very difficult - even for people who aren't quiet. I'll be praying for you that this will be easier for you!

Because Im too quiet... I can't make friends easily.. Must I displeasing God because of this attitude?

1 Peter 3:3-4 Let not yours be the [merely] external adorning with [elaborate] interweaving and knotting of the hair, the wearing of jewelry, or changes of clothes; But let it be the inward adorning and beauty of the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, which [is not anxious or wrought up, but] is very precious in the sight of God.

1 Corinthians 12:4 Now there are distinctive varieties and distributions of endowments (gifts, extraordinary powers distinguishing certain Christians, due to the power of divine grace operating in their souls by the Holy Spirit) and they vary, but the [Holy] Spirit remains the same.

You may not be an "easy" friend, but you may be a valuable friend. Those who have a quiet spirit can be used by God to minister to those who are agitated, anxious, or otherwise troubled by a hectic world. You can offer a haven of rest.

You do not need a "loud" personality to get noticed. You can physically stand near various people and groups. You will often be ignored, but since most people are unable to appreciate what is around them, it is actually a good thing that they ignore you. These sort of people are often unable to appreciate anything but a mirror.

You need someone as a friend who can appreciate you for who you are. This is getting more difficult to find in a world so oriented to selfishness. However, the wait is worth it. You can go to meetings, classes, or other group activities and see if the Lord will bring someone across your path who will notice and appreciate you for what and who you are.

"Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near." (Philippians 4:5).

I agree with the other posters that God makes us all different and your quietness can actually be a good thing and God can still use you to minister to others. Maybe you are a good listener and God could use you in that way. If you are quiet but genuinely interested in others, other people can pick up on that and may be more willing to confide in you. Being quiet myself, I find it just takes a bit more time to get to know people sometimes but you can still have good friendships.

God bless.

(PLS PRAY FOR ME :pray:THAT I WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO SPEAK.. LAARNI G. MALLARI. TNX GODBLESS U)
Speak to the Lord.
Talk to Him and draw close to Him.
As you spend time with the Lord, He will give you a voice for Him.

Peter denied the Lord after promising to die for him.
Peter could not speak up when challenged if he had been with the Lord.
Peter had no voice but instead took the cowards way out through denial.

After the day of Pentecost (read the book of Acts) Peter had found
a voice of power and authority through the power of God's Holy Spirit
and Peter so confessed Christ to the very men he had denied Christ to
that three thousand men came to faith in the Lord.

Ask the Lord for His gift of the Holy Spirit.

Ask God for more.

God can transform you and give you a voice of truth that
will cause others to come to Christ.

May God bless you in your search for a voice.....
