Anybody watch anime?

i like to watch some!

I don't watch it a lot, but I greatly enjoyed Chobits. I wonder if there's any Christian anime's out there.

I've watched
Monster(i'm still watching this one)

Death Note (probably my favorite anime)

Hell Girl (most of the show was repetitive but the last 4 or 5 episodes were fantastic)

School Days (aside from boob and panty shots galore, I liked it. Very twisted >: D )

Clannad (i thought the first season was pretty meh aside from a few good episodes, but absolutely loved after story. Its rare to find that much raw emotion with such a likable yet believable main protagonist. I'll admit, I shed man tears because of this show.)

Higurashi (very misleading show, but very good too. It keeps you interested in what's going on.)

AND!

Cowboy Bebop (this show is just awesome)

I'm not huge into anime but there's definitely some shows out there that I love.

only the cool ppl but watch out there are those that will try to punch you in the face with the bible screaming up and down that anime is wrong. ignore them.

Cowboy Bebop has one of the best soundtracks out there if you're into good jazz or blues. It has a great story and characters as well.

Trigun is pretty amazing.

Evangelion is crazy, but if you can get into it, it is amazing.

There are some great anime movies as well, I recommend Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away.

neongenesis is awesome and anything by miyazaki is teh greatness!!!

Grave of the Fireflies is possibly one of the greatest animated films ever. Be warned though that it will have you crying like a baby.

Oh yes hon we do. Christina likes the Kare Kano series, I was thinking about purchasing that for her (I mean the books) but...i did not. Well...Christina and I both watch anime. Have you ever heard of the pizza cats? o.o Funness.

Sorry I have never heard of those series. o.o

I know I watch anime, and another young adult in my church watches anime, he likes Trigun and Inuyasha, but I'm more fond of Black Butler and Spice and Wolf. I'm excited how many more animes are becoming available in America and easier to see.

I've read some manga but thats about it

I do I can't watch any at the moment because it's exam season and I'm meant to be learning. -_-

Anime is a great thing for improving it though! Yay Naruto! I prefer films though, Studio Ghibli stuff

Awesome! I only have Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro and Howl's Moving Castle any others you could recommend?

nausicaa, castle in the sky, ponyo, whispers of the heart, the cat returns, porco rosso, kikis delivery service. thats the rest and they are all awesome and in no particular order.

Hi there! I studied Japanese at University for a bit, it's a really good thing to study, really fun and you get to go abroad as part of the course! How are you finding the language so far? Are you just doing hiragana and katakana, or focussing on the speaking? Pleased to meet you!

I actually do watch anime sometimes. Probably more than the average guy my age, but that's besides the point.

I have seen many different series over the years, 90% of the time airing on American television, channels or networks like Adult Swim in particular, but here are some of my favorites:

Cowboy Bebop
Lupin the 3rd
Detective Conan/Case Closed
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
The Animatrix
Ghost in the Shell
Big-O

I'm still trying to figure out if I can get "into" shows like Bleach, InuYasha, and maybe Death Note later on. I know these are/were very, very popular; on a massive scale, so I figure they're worth looking into.

I'm afraid that I'm a bit outdated, largely stuck in the early to mid-2000s, as I don't know what exactly people are into these days airing on Adult Swim or otherwise, besides maybe Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, which seems to be ending soon.

I took a Japanese language class. I'll be continuing it in the Fall. I don't watch much anime but I read the mangas. Death Note's my favorite, I also read Naruto, HSotD. I feel too intimidated to read One Piece, I would never be able to catch up by now.
