....and where this thread belongs, frankly. Imo, Satan would have to be retarded to use the Illuminati as his tool. I have always been under the impression that the Antichrist was supposed to rise from an unexpected source, and be widely acclaimed, not a source that is cast as the cliche enemy in thousands of cheap, grocery store paperbacks.
What does this thread have to do with Christian Philosophy and Ethics?

Nowhere in the bible does it say that the antichist will come from an unexpected source. It does not tell were he will come from, but it does not say that no one will know...or at least suspect.
Also, it is written that the antichrist will have complete power over who buys food and water and who doesnt. In order for his power to be absolute, he will have to rule the big things as well as the small.
This is in the Christian Philosophy and Ethics thread because I am speaking of prophecy...

No, simple logic suffices to tell us that no charismatic world leader who will take the world by storm is going to come from an organization that the tin-foil brigade watches, hawklike, and whom are the antagonist of a thousand poorly written novels.
You were arguing that the Illuminati, who run AT&T, have a monopoly on telecommunications. Perhaps you should prove that claim before you start asserting that they control food production globally.
Do you know what the words "Philosophy" and "Ethics" mean? They have nothing to do with prophecy.

If your serious about researching esp. in a philosophical or ethical I think you need to switch to using EBSCO rather than a generic google search which pulls up any old site written by anyone.
A good grounding in history specifically European political/church history would be wise too.

I never said that they had control over food production. You asked why would they go after grocery stores, or something like that. I answered why they would...not saying that they have.
Philosophy covers a very broad spectrum of things. It is the investigation of the principles of reality, knowledge, or values, based on logical reasoning.
Prophecy would fall under the "knowledge" catagory, or maybe even the principles of reality...since prophecy seems to bend these principles.
ESP is a natural part of life. Only placed under the supernatural because people tend not to believe what they cannot see with their eyes...
