Not only am I a homosexual who masturbates in the military, I am an NCO, which means I have more than a passing appreciation of the DFDA... and I'm unaware of either being dischargeable offenses there. But please, since you know so much, perhaps you'd care to enlighten me? Under what section heading do I find homosexuality or masturbation as disciplinable offences?
(Really sort of curious, since my direct superiors have repeatedly been to my bpartner and my home for socializing, so its not like they don't know. True, I've never actually masturbated in front of them, but they're pretty aware of the homosexual thing)

I'm generally not the type to call for an increase to our military spending, but there is clearly an obvious need for the harlot Corps. I can't believe good Christians like John Howard and Kevin Rudd have allowed your masturbating to go on for so long without providing you with a no strings attached, taxpayer funded hunk of man to "satisfy" your urges. It is an outrage.

They can have left handed styers for those that pitch left handed, but they don't have "left handed" RAWCers for those of us that... pitch left handed? A disgrace I tell you, makes the Collins class look like a sensible investment!

US CODE: Title 10,654. Policy concerning homosexuality in the armed forces
The military will discharge members who engage in homosexual conduct, which is defined as a homosexual act, a statement that the member is homosexual or bisexual, or a marriage or attempted marriage to someone of the same gender.

Have you ever been approached by a prostitute? Talked with her? Listened to her?
Have you seen the "after-bruise" bumps around her face? Do you know where they came from? Chances are that her pimp beats her because she doesn't make enough money to the jerk's liking.
Do you know that chances are that this girl has been coerced into what she is doing and is addicted to drugs that will one day kill her, and she is selling herself to keep that addiction going, and often also out of fear?
Yes, heterosexual immorality is a sin. I struggle with inappropriate contentography, I hate the hold that it has on my life and I hate myself for no matter how often or hard I pray I fall for it again and again. I am no better than someone who sleeps around or cheats on his wife, I am a sinner and I deserve to go to hell.
I hate this sin and I pray for God to forgive me each time I fall and I hope to one day be free of it.
ANY kind of adultery is wrong, whether you commit it by looking at inappropriate contentography or engage in prostitution. I am no better than you and I am not condemning you and I apologize for my language but I find this suggestion that somehow prostitution is OK pretty disgusting.
Think of not only the guys, but the girls who are involved in this satanic practice.
