Is the end closer than we think!

Well i hope that we have all seen the chrisian movies about the end of the world or the events that leads up 2 the end. Becausei have. Now has anyone heard of the family in florida who got the microscopic chip implants that not only caries your medical diagnosis and hospital records but whatever the manufacturer decides 2 put in it, like your bad credit and criminal history. Now this family freely accepted it, the fathe(head of household)was quoted as saying "well they track us anyway." Now that scares me. According 2 some of these movies this is the mark of the beast. What do u think?????? :scratch:

Hi Auntie, no I don't believe that is the mark, I still hold firm to the belief that the mark is spiritual. Is God IN your mind and IN your heart; that is where the mark is= In your right hand, and IN your forehead. In Dueteronomy, we are told that this is a sign between God and his chosen for generations to come! That includes us. Unfortunately, this is the catch that keeps everyone at bay; so they don't worry about it, that is why the end will overtake them so quickly. Now the explanation of the number and the beast is yet in the future I believe. (but close)

There will be a <thirst> for God at the very end, and we are told we will not hear it. Those who choose to continue with God and follow the commandments, and not be ashamed, will be those who live through the tribulation period. Who knows what is coming in the future? I posted this elsewhere, but if Islam skyrockets and becomes powerful here in the USA (unfathomable?) then Christianity would be dead. Who would go to church, if there was a fear of it being bombed? Who would sell bibles if there was a fear of bookstores being targeted with violence.
Impossible?
The angels who are going forth to seal their servants are not looking for an ID chip, no they are looking for those who do Gods commandments, those who do not deny him.

Blah blah telephone numbers. Blah blah driver's licenses. Blah blah social security numbers. Blah blah credit cards. Blah blah UPC barcodes. Blah blah superchip implants.

Go ahead and put a chip in my hand, it won't stop me from paying some kid $10 to mow my yard.

I find it interseting that people will take the mark of the beast and those who will be sealed.
It could be that the sealing could be simply spiritual, but I believe that the mark cannot be spiritual, but that it is a physical mark, however it does mark them spiritually for the lake of fire.

I for one have to say that to me it looks like the mark of the beast, you may see it a little better when they start marketing the digital angel chip.

what I see happening here is satan using the power of a parents love for a child against them.

I could never accept this technology with a clean and clear conscious. I feel that by accepting this chip I would be placing my faith and trust in man, and his technology.
When what I should be putting my faith and trust in is Our Lord God Almighty.

He is the only one that can save you!
I'm going to trust God with my life,

This is simply amazing to me. Here you are, using a computer connected to the internet to post messages about the mark of the beast. Are you aware that your computer has a unique number assigned to it called an IP address? What makes you think that number is not the mark of the beast? This mark of the beast business is out of control...it has nothing to do with computer chips and other imaginary technology that has yet to be invented...

Revelation 13:16-18 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and enslaved, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads, and that no man might buy or sell, except he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Will someone please tell me how likely...in the United States, we will not be allowed to buy and sell anything without a CHIP implanted in your body?

What is to stop me from walking across the street and buying an old lamp from somebody's garage sale? How is this secret CHIP going to regulate that?

And in any case, for the umpteenth time, the purpose of an ID chip is so that each person has a DIFFERENT NUMBER. If they all have 666 then any "identification" attempt it worthless. Now people will claim "Well, 666 will get in there somehow" but that's just wild speculation that seems to be based on a desire to have perceived prophecies start being fulfilled.
The companies that manufacture these chips know about the Revelation objections, they're not going to put 666 in there. Unless you believe in some sort of Satanic conspiracy in the big companies. In any case, it takes a lot of conjecture and ifs for any ID chip to result in anything resembling Revelation's Mark.

Nobody is talking about putting faith or life in an ID chip. There's nothing inherent in an ID chip that would cause you to have to give up Christianity. It's the same thing as a Social Security Number, just in a more technologically advanced form.

Our computers IP address is not imbedded in our hands or foreheads. I believe Digital Angel could be the pioneering entity that will bring the mark to the people by promising and demonstrating how safe your children will be.

The unknowing and unbelievers of the mark will take this chip. Then the one world government will conveniently upgrade your chip so that it contains all information including money.

This may not be exactly what is going to happen, but it is close in IMO.

Technology is very close to having this ready, the signs of the times are at hand, in the end times there will be increased knowledge (technology), I don't remember reading about people taking the mark back in 70AD.

You may be right (I pray you are right), after the rapture these people who realize they have missed the rapture and do not take the mark and become martyrs in Christs name will make it to heaven. This refusal and denial of one world government, and it's mark, will be a ticket to salvation for those left behind!

Your argument is very weak. Even if everyone on planet earth is embedded with this so called "chip" or whatever else you think it may be, how will that stop me from having my neighbor's kid mow my yard for a glass of lemonade? Your argument just collapsed!

Not everyone will take the mark. And during those times, I highly doubt anyone will care about mowing their yard.

That was just an example. People will be able to trade services for services...people even do that today all the time to avoid paying taxes. I don't care about who takes the mark. So far you h ave failed miserable to show me what the mark is, what it does, and how it works, yet you seem to be so confident in your position. Why is that?
