I think it is a "sign of the times," but not yet the mark of the beast.

That website is a hoax. If you search for "Global Monetary" in google you will see numerous websites exposing the page for what it is.

If you look at this page:

it is clear that the website was made as a troll to draw flame e-mails from people. I'm sure the 666 in the Chairman's name was part of the process.

I think the thing we need to be aware of is that the technology is there.

If you are concerned about this, pray about it and have the Holy Spirit lead you.
