    This one isn't a baptist magazine but, it is very conservative and presents lots of scripture. Its called the "Christian Research Journal" You can find it at www.equip.org

    I'm not real sure what you meant about MLK. I don't think I've ever met anyone who opposed cancer research. I just think its hard for christians to want to think about any type of healing, with making Jesus and the Holy Ghost a big part of it.

    I agree. I started thinking the same thing you did and then once I was harhly posted at, then my pride got in the way and I have begun to post on here somewhat harshly. Thanks for pointing it out. I am definitely convicted and will try to recognize my pride next time.

    Question...

    Just like in Matthew 16 when Jesus asked Peter "Who do you say that I am." He wants to hear us tell Him that not only do we beleive in Him, but we believe he is "the Christ, the Son of the Living God." I think its just as important what you believe about Jesus as it is to believe in Him.

    defintely. you should have somone you can see and touch and hear to help you along the way. This is a nice place, but does not substitute for people close to you who are grouded in the faith.
