    work, read, listen to music, txt, run with friends, play some video games if we have enough ppl around, and any physical activity (ususaly sports for the heck of it)

    thank you sir. the fact is that we are there, now where do the civilians stand on it? behind our soldiers or in front of them? (not asking for reasons/beliefs/ideas) just my theory about it.

    2 tihngs for me, physical work outs and mental work outs. if one doesnt work i do the other. running/reading. lifting wieghts/ playing guitar. it all depends on the thing im being tempted with. if its really small just a gentle reminder that its wrong will do.
