    Does Salvation require repentance?

Salvation requires repentance from sin. So then, does that mean that to keep my salvation, every time I sin, I need to repent of that sin or else I am no longer saved? Rev 2:5 Remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I...

Does any one find Bible College a bit too much?

Yes it would be relevant if I was a slacker or if i had problems with priorities and time managment but I am one very organised person. my time is managed with a schedual. I am not talking mainley of the work load. It is the effect of what you learn and experience at Bible College that affects...

    Can you loose your salvation?

People DO walk away from the faith all of the time. If you did this would you still be saved?

How do you commit the unforgivable sin?

How do you commit the unforgivable sin? Mark 3:29 It is said that to blaspheme against the Holy Spirit is the unforgivable sin. What does it mean to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. What is Jesus getting at?

If you commit suicide, do you go to hell?

He certainly did die for all sins but if we reject salvation through our disbelief that Christ can give us life, through our rejecting of life it's self, through suicide, then we are rejecting the salvation we can have in Christ. And this salvation that starts on earth can be rejected on earth...

If you commit suicide, do you go to hell?

In light of Hebrews 10:26-27, if you believe you can loose salvation then yes, you could believe that you would go to hell if you commited suicide. Because it would be an act of "deliberatly" continuing in sin. This thread is related to the "can you loose salvation" thread and could be disproved...

If you commit suicide, do you go to hell?

No. Because if you are saved then you acknowlege that when you sin, that Christ has dealt with your sin. But if God has given you life and you reject it then you are also rejecting the one (Christ) who gave new life to you. Rejecting Christ is rejecting salvation.

If you commit suicide, do you go to hell?

You cannot use the word "period" unless you know for sure that I will not respond. What, in Old Testament times did it mean to have a personal relationship with God? Did he really have a "personal" relationship with God? Was his equipping of His streangth given by the spirit of God suffice for...

Did God create sin? Did Adam have a choice?

I like your answer holyrocker. Yes, I acknowlege that my questions are definatly dependant on the assumption of whether God is foreknowing or not, as nothing can be understood without some form of assumption whether recognized or not. But would you not think that if God is all knowing that it...

Did God create sin? Did Adam have a choice?

Yes man and woman were made in the image of God. If you say that being in the image of God is physical then there is enough argument against that. God certainly did get angry, jealous and He does have a free will and none of these things are nessesarily a sin for both man and God. There is such...

Did God create sin? Did Adam have a choice?

Yes, but God, in making Adam did create Adam with enough "weakness" to sin, despite Adam's created perfection, being in the image of God (in God likeness in some ways). If God did not create Adam with this weakness then he would not have sinned. He would have had the streangth to not be tricked...
