    Well, on average, it takes me about 10-15 minutes to fall asleep...usually I stay up and listen to my radio beforehand. I can usually sleep through the whole night, unless 1)I have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night... or 2) I take a nap during the day and I'm not too tired or 3)
