    bad power supply?

    It is connected to an APC UPS as for the power settings, the only thing that is there, is power settings for the monitor, 20 minutes if it's plugged in, and 15 if it's unplugged... the hibernate function is enabled but it is only setup to go into hibernate mode if the battery dropped belon 10%...

    bad power supply?

    my desktop computer turns itself off ever few days, and when I power it on Windows XP tells me that my battery is running low and I should replace it, should I replace the power supply? Is there an other potential problem?

    right click the shortcut use to open IE click properties click the shortcut tab and there should be a line that says Run, if you see it say Minimized then select Normal Window. nm this was already suggested
