    If it involved loved ones (or anyone else for that matter) being threatened or victimized, then I believe it is our duty to step in and that might involve self defense and even attack. God doesn't like cowards, in fact there are a few verses that group cowards with some of the worst of sinners.

Should I fight back to defend myself or just cower for His name sake? It is something that I need to give more thought...

    I have applied to join a prison ministry team near where I live in Australia. I am waiting for all the application checks to be approved. They are pretty thorough with references and ID checks etc (which is a good thing i guess).

    Some great points people. It's difficult to develop one tract that "fits all". The Bible is the only one that fits all but not so easy to get people to read. It is good that there are so many different tracts available. Some focus more on proving God's existence, some focus more on God's love...
