@Motherofkittens Scarlett was the best cat ever. Maine Coon mix and a big, docile and loving girl. She was with me from winter 1994 to spring 2012. She probably would have lived a few more years even with her thyroid going and her renal failure, but I came home one morning and she was basically paralyzed so I had to put her down.
@USincognito That is sad to hear. I was gonna ask you if she died because you talked about her in the past tense. But then I thought I wouldn't ask.
I thought she looked a little Maine Coonish, her body, at least. I think it is better to have lived, loved and been happy, then not to have existed. I know lots of people and animals who died, but I am so glad I was able to know them. It is just so amazing to think about the probrobility of you being here and them at about the same point in time from the beginning of billions of years ago or even "before" there was time.
