Is that just water, or actual alcohol?

@Motherofkittens It's water. The story behind that is after TAM III, one of the attendees mentioned in a chat room that she'd seen him take a swig of his scotch while having a lit cigarette in his mouth at the same time. I took this photo and posted it to see if that was what she meant and she it was spot on.
