I know it is more advantageous to the liberal narrative to claim all was above board and the Trump conviction was actually blind justice but nothing could be further from the truth. The felony fraud criminal case was begun by Cyrus Vance, paused by his successor, then prosecuted successfully by Alvin Bragg. Donald J Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts - which makes him a convicted felon.

His civil fraud, prosecuted by NYS AG James is a separate case.
