As it is the sole point I was trying to make... that Tish likely sat up, imagined that Trump might be committing the same bank criminality she's been committing for decades, created a campaign around the goal of prosecuting him, then... charged him, just like she promised to if she won.

This presumes that James committed a crime. Given the lack of success in even obtaining an indictment against her, that seems a very dubious presumption to make.

I don't think Exxon Mobil nor Shkreli showed up to sit at any defendant's table, in this similar circumstance:

That's completely irrelevant. You claimed New York had "never...experienced this type of crime until Trump was charged with it." I showed you the law, and two recent examples of prosecutions based on that law. Neither Trump's defense in that case nor that the judgment against Trump was tossed changes anything, Trump was still found guilty of fraud under New York Executive Law § 63(12), just as Shkreli was.

New York Executive Law § 63(12) is not some obscure law that has not been used in 105 years, as you asserted.

I believe i misstated what I meant. You @A2SG helped me figure that out --by your attempt to point out the law that Big Tish was empowered by, and not focus on the veracious actions by Trump that wrongly were called fraud by Big Tish.

What was wrong about it? Trump committed fraud, James proved that in a court of law by a preponderance of the evidence.

New York hates Trump so all of NY will agree with the lawfare result.

Um, in 2016, 2.8 million NY residents voted for Trump. In 2020, 3.25 million and in 2024, 3.5 million. Granted, more voted for his opponent in each election, but it can't be said that "all of NY" hates Trump. A lot voted for him.

Perhaps it is what Trump did that has not been treated as a crime, in 100+ years.

Sorry, but fraud has absolutely been treated as a crime for a lot longer than a hundred years.
