  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The Mamdani Model: More Socialist Mayors to ComeBeware! The DSA will attempt to repeat Mamdani’s success in other Democrat strongholds.

Breaking down the cultural norms of American society (socialism taboos out the window) into something new, is the mark of a new beginning. With Zohran being a Shia, and his Syrian-American wife most likely being a Sunni, it marks another new beginning, where the New York Muslim population is sure to skyrocket. Both Sunni and Shia united, side by side... I know if I was a Muslim of any brand, considering migration, I would seriously consider New York city. And so we can expect a real transformation to take place.

What better place to bring the Muslim world together than in the United States - where modern-day multiculturalism is rooted. Perhaps a good place for a global caliphate even. Who knows!
Why would the Muslim population of NYC "skyrocket"? Where are they all going to come from? New Jersey?

Probably from any of the Muslim majority countries from the link at the bottom, not including the 5 who are banned. Many may come to assist the Muslim Brotherhood’s 100 year plan to infiltrate the United States from within, by influencing educational and legal systems. In MB documents, it is referred to as: "The Muslim Brotherhood Project: Towards a Worldwide Strategy for Islamic Policy".

This has been a plan for longer than 100 years. I mean they've already infiltrated math with their Arabic numerals, the concept of zero and their al-gebra.

Considering 98 democrats could not condemn the horrors of socialism, socialism is now proven to be democrat mainstream.

So when will the Republicans be selling the U.S. government stake in Intel that Trump directed? Seems weird to denounce socialism when all politicians seem to practice pieces of it when it suits them. I never hear of anyone criticizing the Kibbutz in Israel that contain elements of socialism. A better resolution would be to condemn poor human rights practices that most under socialism employ. Before embracing modern capitalism as God's way, it might be good to take a look at some of the church leaders statements before it really took hold.
Here is a statement by Martin Luther, he ..."denounced the merchant's motto, "I shall sell my ware as dear as I can," calling it a sin of greed that "opens the door and window for hell". He argued that prices should be "just" and reflect the costs of labor and materials, not simply what the market would bear, especially in cases of necessity." Laws against usury, and work on Sunday were also common. Perhaps the church has lost its salt when it comes to a "just" economic system.?

The number of children living in poverty in the US is 17%
Notice how many of the lowest rates belong to democratic socialist countries:

It’s already happening. I can’t even speak Spanish with my family without having to rely on several Arabic words. The fall of the West is imminent!

Like the city of Alhambra. That's an Arabic word that your ancestors kept, even after driving every single Muslim out of the Spanish countryside.

That is the most biased chart I've ever seen. Where's Uruguay, and all the other South American countries?

What's worse: El Calafate. In Patagonia.

...Realistically, I'd love to go visit there. It's about as far south as you can go, in the Americas, with glaciers you can see up close by boat.

The Mayor of NYC doesn't control immigration. That fool in the White House does.

It's normal for people with similar customs, languages, cultures and religions to flock together, like birds. If you get too many in one area, assimilation slows, or fails.

Cities are filled with young people who are more progressive. There is no plot--just Gen Z people wanting to bring back honesty, decency, and care for the common good into politics.
Or it is an entire entitled generation swamped with student load debt and useless degrees and cannot get a house. Because they do not own anything, they want uncle Sam to take care of them.

Remember, I first need to have a heart before you can pull on my heart strings. Funny I dont see China on the list. But even the children in poverty have a better quality of life than most countries in the world.
