Let’s say the police said, “You were one of the bank robbers at the the First Bank of Cucumbers at 5:00pm on Tuesday.” If you answer, “No I wasn’t,” it isn’t going to help. You have to say something like, “I was at the dentist getting my wisdom tooth pulled.” Then the police could check your story. You need to defend against statements that are contrary to the truth you are trying to get out in a rational manner. You haven’t done that with the statements made against flat earth.

I beg to differ, when I explained Genesis 1 to my son & his wife, they had a complete turn around towards God & the bible. Now they are well into Jesus.

Before my son would just shrug the Bible off. What a difference in him now.

Well God can, and does, speak through his word.
Learning that God created all things - i.e this world isn't random - and that humans were made in his image is a wonderful thing. Of course he can use his word to turn people to him.

What I mean is that it's not the shape of the earth that saves anybody; it's Jesus.
If your son and his wife accepted Jesus and believed that the earth is a globe, they'd be saved.
If they accepted Jesus and believed the earth is flat, they'd be saved.
If they were the greatest Flat Earth believers in the world and did loads to promote it, but they rejected Jesus, they wouldn't be saved.
If they were absolutely committed to Jesus, loved him, served him, had weekly meetings where they showed Charles Duke's testimony to unbelievers and taught that Flat Earth was complete nonsense - they'd be saved, and not condemned.

Never has God said, "I'm not going to save them or fill them with my Spirit because they believe the earth is a globe".

If you make statements claiming the earth is flat, you are obliged to back up those claims with factual evidence. You haven't done that at all. But everyone here who has disagreed with your claims has done so with factual evidence.

Making statements dismissing that evidence is just more claims on top of the ones you already made. It goes nowhere. We supply evidence and you need to do it too. Otherwise what you call "truth" has no validity whatsoever.

But that just contradicts your claims. The fact that you have no evidence at your fingertips means that you believe the earth to be flat without evidence.

That's not how people know the earth to be a globe. People know the earth is a globe based on evidence, not just a belief. It's not about belief, but evidence.

This is completely irrational. The evidence has to make sense. If it’s just indoctrination, it won’t make sense. But the evidence for a globe earth does, overwhelmingly.

This is why I have kept asking you for a realistic alternative as to where satellite tv signals come from. Without a realistic alternative to satellites in geostationary orbit, then satellites are the source.

And that is evidence for a globe earth right there.
