In the flesh, we want nice things to apply to us on Earth.

The promises in the New Covenant are just so nice to have.

So its understandable why many Christians in the Body of Christ want those promises to be theirs too, just like physical healing in Psalms 103:3.

And let me say this and I believe EVERY verse YOU. WRITE BUTTTT we are not UNDER the Law of Moses , meaning

the Old COVENANT or the NEW COVENANT. as Israel will live here on earth. with KING DAVID and CHRIST and where

the 12 apostles will sit on Thrones to JUDGE ISRAEL !!

WE , the BODY of Christ will GOVERN Gods UNIVERSE. and GOVERN ANGELS as 1. Cor. 6:2 and 3 , so where would

If you are quoting John selectively, why not also use what he taught the little flock in 1 John as well, regarding eternal life and the conditions for that?

As I said, you already have a doctrine in mind, and you are quoting only selected passages from John to reach that doctrine, and ignoring other passages from John as well as 1 John, that does not teach that doctrine.

At least acknowledge that and we can move on.

That same promise, salvation by faith alone without works, is something we agree on, but it was given by the risen Christ to the apostle Paul for us.

You are changing what Christ preached while he was in the flesh to the nation of Israel, which Paul taught us not to (2 Corinthians 5:16), and forcing poor John to teach the same as what Paul preached to us, when an easy reading of John and 1 John tells us that the author is not teaching us that.
