Like, for example, that you are putting yourself alongside government agencies who are attempting to prosecute or punish certain people for exercising their freedom of speech, an action that is clearly and undeniably prohibited by the First Amendment of the Constitution. An action that could be considered a fascist act, were one to characterize it as such.
