  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Sorry, not sure your reference here. In Japan? Sounds like you're referring to the US? But then again I am not sure how Japan handles secondary gun transfers.
If there's a law against it, laws get broken.

Doesn't help me.
I'm saying no gun purchasing regulation is going to keep people from getting guns. Just like drug laws don't keep people from getting illegal drugs.

I already did.

Do you think it’s helpful for the president’s son to further politicize Charlie’s death and try to attach it to millions of people not involved with the crime?

Your answer:

Charlie Kirk's assassination was politically charged. Lot's of those millions publicity thanked and praised the assassin on social media. There's no escape from that for the left. No matter how much they try to gaslight and deflect.

I'll ask again, is it helpful for our country to have the president's son and, yesterday, the Vice President, further politicizing Charlies death?
If it's the truth, which is likely, the truth shouldn't be kept under a bushel, but exposed to the light.

There are countries who are able to do just that.

What country has been able to keep everyone from taking illegal drugs, is 100% drug free, especially one as large and diverse as the US?

No one is saying 100% other than you. What I am saying is there are countries where they are far more successful than the wild wild west here in the states. Heck, even back then in some cities guns were down right illegal.

I said no gun purchasing regulation is going to keep people from getting guns.

You said There are countries who are able to do just that.

But there aren't. China has the strictest policy, that's been in effect since 1949 or earlier. But that doesn't mean it's impossible for a citizen to get a gun.

I'm actually all for certain gun ownership restrictions. But at the same time I know there are a lot of people get and own guns off the record and radar. Robinson used a standard hunting rifle, and it would be pretty hard to ban those in the US.

Obviously Japan, and Australia. Rather than musing "what's possible" given those countries. The results are in.

Not proof. Evidence.

Fuentes and his Groypers hated Kirk and they repeatedly disrupted his events. That's evidence, too.
The extreme left hated him as well. But left-wing extremists are much less likely to shoot people they hate. None of that is overwhelming proof. But the preponderance of evidence remains.

And in the end, you have nothing but denial. In a way, that's evidence, too.

What exactly does this imaginary agenda want do you imagine?
There's nothing imaginary about the heinous truth of the transgenderism agenda.

kids are being exposed to seeing not just other people, but there fellow classmates shot and killed.

Here's a collection of photos of school shooters:

The bad news is that the Supreme Court says that police can now racially-profile for certain law enforcement purposes.

I just wish these same people upset and angered about the shooting of Kirk were as half as upset and angered come schools shootings and the sure fire the next school shooting. But they won't. Because after all, in the words of Kirk himself a few negligible deaths of innocents are tolerable for the sake of unfettered access to guns. I would assume he or his family would have never thought he was going to be one of those negligible.
Today's winner.

"I'm curious. What gun regulation do you think would have prevented the Kirk school shooting?"

Sure. Substitute any shooting you want. What regulation do you think would prevent them?

You can still own guns, you still have that right, but it's for more regimented.

That's awfully vague. "Regimented" how?
