Still, we can rule out the shooter coming from another state to do the shooting, it's not an illegal immigrant, and he probably has no employment history with Cracker Barrel.

From what I've seen, this is looking more and more likely. I wasn't super familiar with the nature of the beef between Kirk and Fuentes, but if Fuentes was calling Kirk a fascist, that fits. Fuentes also put out a pretty firm statement last night about disowning any of his followers who engage in violence.

I saw the photo. Seems true on face value so far. Didn't catch the date of it, and don't know how to get right back to it. Notable for outsiders not familiar with Pepe is that he started as a meme specifically from the Groyper community, but eventually did take hold in the general public used everywhere. I believe that it did take a while (relative to internet time) for the crossover to happen, so the date of when he dressed as Pepe could potentially be a clue, or it could be completely benign.

That's an honest question... I had to look up the Bella Ciao thing. So I have no clue if that one also got co-opted by people other than people who claim the anti-fascist moniker.

I don't think there are any official sources for it - it's just a theory that's been floating around, in part because people have been struggling to come up with "trans ideology" that could be inscribed on a casing. Couple problems with it though:

1. It assumes that the cops aren't familiar with headstamps (which seems unlikely)

2. The gun was reported as a 30-06. Turan doesn't make 30-06 ammo (though they do make .308, so it's possible that the gun caliber was misreported)
