It isn't. This isn't state terrorism, this is an act of war on a country that until recently was one of the middle east countries with the best relations with Israel.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but bin Laden wasn't in Pakistan to discuss a cease fire.

Missile attack on a city feels different than a quiet extraction/assassination at some remote country house.
