What do the polemicists hope to gain by promoting the particular murder of Iryna Zarutska? Her attackers were immediately arrested and will be prosecuted. So what is the gain? Incitement against minorities and a call for harsher punishments? Harsher than what, one may ask, as it has not yet been meted out.

What is to be gained by this ploy? Three minutes of hate towards the "liberal media".

Sean Duffy said that he should have been imprisoned in the past for longer than he was, but neither he nor anyone else I've seen so far has laid out which crimes of his went underpunished. The only two actions against him I've seen against him were the 5+ years he did for robbery, and then being released on his own recognizance for the bogus 911 call.

What is to be gained by this ploy? Three minutes of hate towards the "liberal media".

The right-wing rabble rousers will get more money from the clicks they've generated while their gullible fanbase gets their righteous indignation stoked.

You know who else just about ignored it, too? Fox News. She was killed on Aug 22. Fox News ran one, somewhat brief, story on Aug 26:
