No they didnt procreate with humans...

The reason this so-called "Book of Jasher" is not in our Bible is that this Book of Jasher referred to was written long, long, long after the Bible, probably sometime from the 13th to 16th centuries.

Now, Joshua 10:13 and 2 Samuel 1:18 make a references to a writing sometimes translated as the "Book of Jasher" (or Jashar). This appears to refer to a no-longer-extent work, much like the various references in the Book of Kings where it mentions the kings' lives being described in more details in other works, works we appear to no longer have.

There are several works from a more modern period people claim are the "Book of Jasher", but all are clearly significantly later writings. The one being referred to here (Hebrew name "Sefer ha Yashar", which is actually a name for several other Jewish writings of the medieval era) is a work that some people tried to pass off as the original Book of Jasher. The problem is, it is almost assuredly a much later medieval writing, given various parts of it are apparently strongly based on medieval Rabbinic materials, and it uses medieval Hebrew names for various places. Where does the bible say that? Here are the only bible verses mentioning Nimrod:
