Why is the Trinity never explained, described, or mentioned in all of Scripture?

Tradition spoils the truth. One fly spoils all of the perfume in the jar.
And unbelief denies the Biblical witness presented in post #38.

As the subject suggests, I want to ask about the Trinity. Given that the Trinity is never explained, described, or mentioned in the Bible then why do you believe in it?
Your premise is incorrect
The word Trinity is not used in Scripture, but the definition of the Trinity is found in Scripture.
Witness:
The baptism of Jesus in which the three persons of the Trinity are present.

Isaiah 9:6-7 reports and in part also describe the Trinity.

I can see considerable implications in 2 portions of Scripture and
I am too worn out and sleepy to look them up.
They are ",Baptizing them in the name of Jesus" and the other "baptizing them in the name of The Father, the Son and Holy Ghost"

The Lord Jesus Christ clearly refers to the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit as divine, distinct Persons of the One God in John 14, 15, & 16.

The prophet Isaiah spoke of the revealed Trinity in Isaiah 48:12-17 as corroborated by Revelation 1:8.

John 14 Jesus is going back to the Father. The Father will send the Spirit. Jesus explains in detail the Spirits role.

I've noticed recently quite a number of posts and even authors seem to have been censored or asked to leave. I am a bit uncomfortable about that. Is it allowed to discuss or express disagreement with elements of the Creed of Constantinople or the Scutum Fidei? or even the late 6th century Creed of Athanasius? I subscribe to the Nicene Creed (without the anathema) but not per se to the later ones.

Folks, this is not the place or Christians to debate with each other regarding Theology or the Trinity. The Trinity can be explained to the OP, who is Unitarian.

Trinity in the OT

Isaiah 48: 12 “Listen to Me, O Jacob, and Israel, My called: I am He, I am the First, I am also the Last. 13 Indeed My hand has laid the foundation of the earth, And My right hand has stretched out the heavens; When I call to them, They stand up together. 14 '"All of you, assemble yourselves, and hear! Who among them has declared these things? The LORD loves him; He shall do His pleasure on Babylon, And His arm shall be against the Chaldeans. 15 I, even I, have spoken; Yes, I have called him, I have brought him, and his way will prosper. 16 Come ye near unto me, Hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I, and now the Lord God, and his Spirit, hath sent me.

so we have the creator talking to the people of Israel.

And he was sent by the Lord God (father) And the spirit

It seems to me the problem with this subject in forums and such is misunderstanding the purpose of the doctrine. It was not an explanation, not can such a thing be understood by us......

Some seem to think it is an explanation of God's nature. It is not, nor is that the purpose.
A quote from Timothy Ware; his book The Orthodox Church. Timothy Ware: later also known as Metropolitan kallistos Ware.

Kallistos Ware - Wikipedia

Metropolitan Kallistos (born Timothy Richard Ware, 11 September 1934 – 24 August 2022) was an English bishop and theologian of the Eastern Orthodox Church.

Speaking of the councils formulating the doctrine of the trinity.
Begin quote.......................................
"All Christians agree in regarding these things as "mysteries" which lie beyond human understanding and language.
The bishops, when they drew up the definitions at the councils, did not imagine that they had explained the mystery; they merely sought to exclude certain false ways of speaking and thinking about it. To prevent men from deviating into error and heresy, they drew a fence around the mystery is all."
End quote...............................................
So all the verses people have presented here and elsewhere, which verses are found here and there in scripture also are the "fencing" for the doctrine. Seeking an explanation from scripture is useless. As the doctrine is not for an explanation of God's nature.

Trinity is a mystery as such.

However. what we do know. is there are three members of the Godhead.

the father
the son
and the spirit

they are one

yet they are three.

the heresy as such to me would be when we say Jesus is not God..
