As I've said so many times, and this goes for everyone, when dealing with law enforcement don't disobey commands or resist. Here they start to bring him out and he pushes his way forward. If you think law enforcement acted improperly then file a complaint later on. Republican leaders have been constantly under threat of violence during this administration and do have security. Democrat leaders at this time should be talking to their base and telling them violence is not the way.
He didn't heckle anyone. He identified himself as a US Senator and tried to ask Noem a question at her press conference.

Kinda hypocritical, considering Trump pardoned insurrectionist that beat police officers senseless on Jan 6. 2021.

Democrats have to start taking responsibility, so many have been injured or killed.

Seems unlikely a Hispanic agent would react like that just because Padilla is Hispanic.
Being Hispanic does not make someone immune to racial profiling. In a logical sense, the Hispanic community as a whole is not happy with Kristi Noem and DHS right now, so I can imagine that the security detail would see an unidentified Hispanic man as a larger threat than an unidentified white man.
What if it had just been some average joe?
Some average joe would not have been in the room in the first place, because the press conference was not open to the public.

Actually legal immigrants support deporting illegals, I wouldn't say the Hispanic community is unhappy with DHS, just the illegal ones

Who has been killed in the Noem-Padilla incident, or the entirety of the LA ICE protests or even the nationwide anti-ICE protests?

The defund the police movement and the failure to properly vet at the border has resulted in many victims.

Noem's ICE agents are disrespecting our Constitution and interrupting the lives of people everyday, so what if her press conference had a brief interruption?
ICE agents are NOT disrespecting our Constitution. They are enforcing federal laws. Are there times when ICE agents make mistakes? Of course the answer is "Yes."

The security agents in the room (I presume they were with ICE or some other DHS department) were likely keyed up given the situation and grossly overreacted to a Hispanic man approaching the Secretary. I'm not sure that they knew who Padilla was.
I'm sure they didn't. Thats why they reacted in the correct manner to someone they disnt know acting disruptive and trying to approach the secretary.
As far as I can tell, a Hispanic man walking to the front of the room
What does Hispanic have to do with it? Why did you bring ethnicity into it?

ICE agents are NOT disrespecting our Constitution.
ICE agents detaining people without judicial warrants, failing to provide identification when asked, and not allowing due process are examples of how they disrespect our Constitution.

I’m a Hispanic legal immigrant and fully agree with this.

So accusations of racial profiling. Once again unfounded. You are showing nothing but a disgusting bias toward people who were doing their job in an entirely appropriate manner.
