Let’s not downplay Trump’s sacrifices to the country. I heard he had “his own personal Vietnam” he went through in the 70s.

I have heard that what he went through is painful.

Republicans have had 15 years to make improvements or even a replacement. Why haven't they?

They have concepts of a plan...

They could take former Governor Romney's plan, change it a little, and slap a new name on it. Oh, wait.

..maybe add an individual mandate, like the one suggested by the Heritage Foundation..

At 49.8 it looks like half the country voted for him.
Isn't that what I just said? Are you just not completely reading my posts (even though it was quite short)?

Actually these lower court justices are not even mentioned in the U.S. Constitution.
Which is why he is free to appeal their rulings to the Supreme Court.

WE have rogue judges usurping authority explicitly given to the President.
The fact that it is yet another judge every time you turn around and that many of these Judges were appointed by Trump itself kind of demolishes the notion that these are rogue judges.
Tell us who checks the judicial branch?
The other two branches of course. For example, the justices are appointed by the executive branch and approved by the Legislative branch: the Supreme Court can always reverse its own decisions, however rare that may be, so a President and Congress can effect change simply in their choice of whom to appoint. And there is always the option to amend the Constitution.

What CANNOT Constitutionally happen is for the Supreme Court to render a decision and the President to simply ignore it. It has been done on rare occasions, such as Andrew Jackson ignoring the Supreme Courts ruling that the Cherokee were a legitimate sovereign nation and using the Army to force them off their land and into Oklahoma. Such rare events are a clear violation of the Constitution and go down in infamy.
It appears to me Congress is in much agreement with him.
Right now we have a Congress that clicks its heels and does whatever the President wants. Case in point, last year the Republicans reached a bipartisan agreement on the budget, which they then abandoned solely on the insistence of Trump. That is an example of Congress relinquishing its Constitutional powers to the President. It's a VERY dangerous sign of where this country is headed.
This also applies to many of the corrupt judges you seem to have sainted.
It takes a lot more than you just claiming this to establish it as truth. Again, given the sheer number of Justices and the very fact that many of them are Trump appointees FLIES IN THE FACE of your claim.
Tell us why we have had to arrest judges for breaking the law they are sworn tom uphold?
There have always been corrupt judges. And there is a system for removing them and prosecuting them. A judge ruling that a President is breaking the law is not in and of itself proof of corruption.

You are claiming more than rogue corruption. You are claiming conspiracy. You have absolutely no evidence of this.

I am not convinced!
I'm not really concerned with convincing you. In my experience, people on the far right and far left are utterly unable to concede that anyone is in the middle. Meh. That's on you, not me.
I wsh I had a dollar for ever time someone responded to a post with I am not a liberal.
Notice you never directly deal with the question of how someone who is a "liberal" can have voted for so many Republicans. Oh well, par for the course.

None of my quotes were out of context. Trump demonized immigrants NO DIFFERENTLY than Hitler demonized Jews.

Look, I'm the first person to say that those here illegally should be deported. I pulled my hair out that the border was a leaky sift under Biden. It is an outrageous insult to all the immigrants who are here legally that so many cut to the front of the line. We do not need law breakers in our country, even if the laws they break are merely administrative or procedural laws.

But Trump goes to a very DANGEROUS extreme in his rhetoric, his in his claims, and in his practices. The truth is that illegal aliens are NOT more likely than citizens to break criminal law. Indeed they are more likely to be law abiding since they go out of their way to avoid drawing attention to themselves.

Trump is approaching deportation in a manner that is more like doing brain surgery with a hatchet. ICE is not only rounding up immigrants who are here LEGALLY, but even rounding up people who are CITIZENS. Trump wants to violate the constitution which clearly establishes due process for ALL, not just citizens.

And, perhaps most scarily, he sends immigrants to CECOT in El Salvador, a brutal prison from which people are not freed except by death, a place eerily reminiscent of concentration camps.

President Trump does not have to obey a Supreme Court order that violates our Constitution. President Lincoln refused to obey the Dred Scott Supreme Court ruling that said that blacks “had no rights which the white man was bound to respect.”

He's not going to bother with a thousand judges each trying to increase their own power.
[bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] This is just nothing but paranoid conspiracy theory. There is no evidence of this in the slightest.

Each rogue act allowed encourages others. Hopefully Congress will quickly pass legislation that makes it clear to these judges that they are not to try and usurp the power of the presidency.

Not exactly . You said;
"Yeah, 49.8% to 48.3%. LIKE I SAID, half the country voted against, and don't deserve the blame for the things he is doing."

Yes, actually he DOES have to obey such a Supreme Court verdict. The President has no authority to interpret the Constitution. He relies completely on the Supreme Court for this. That's what separation of powers is all about.

The Dredd Scott decision was reversed by two Constitutional amendments. Trump is free to advocate for Constitutional amendments as well.

given the plurality and diversity of judges, it's more likely that it is Donnie who's gone rogue.

He'll deal with every judge overseeing every case that drags him or his administration into court. When the judges make rulings based on the law, then he'll comply with them just like any other defendant.

Wait, we've got another poster on this thread saying he can do anything, dissolve congress, kill his political enemies and can't be held responsible because of a Supreme Court ruling.
If he can do all that surely he doesn't have to comply with a court order.

This invented "immunity" only applies to the President, not his underlings. (And the President doesn't have the power to dissolve Congress, criminal immunity or not.)

I know that, most people do, but at least one person on this forum thinks the president has unlimited and unchecked powers
