And there just ONE PLAN that works and it is Rom 10:9 and 10 , CALLED THE JESUS PLAN , ONLY !

That's the correct way to look at it. Ecumenism is ultimately about being united in regard to the Truth. Getting to agreement on that matter OTOH, is another story.
